Pros:

Amazing location, close to main sightseeings and neighborhoods. Very friendly staff. Interior design is very cool. Rooms are a bit small, but it did not bother us. It can be a bit loud in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. Professional and super friendly staff. Modern hotel.
Pros:

Great location, close to Acropolis, restaurants and bars. Staff were outstanding- super friendly and very helpful. Well equipped property.

Cons:

The aircon in our room was no where near effective enough for an Athens summer - it impacted our sleep. Perhaps a faulty air conditioner specific to our room??

The breakfast is amazing, the location is very good, staff is nice.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't seem to have been well maintained. It was clearly once a lovely property, but it now feels rather neglected and shows signs of wear and tear which should not be the case for a five star hotel and the price. Definitely not a five star hotel which it holds, far below that standard which is in a way misleading and the website states that hotel gives a new dimension to 5-star hospitality so we wondered what that dimension was.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on the future.
Pros:

Gorgeous property with excellent location. The most comfortable bed I slept in while traveling in Greece. Breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

Bathroom floor did not appear clean

Pros:

La ubicación me pareció excelente, la oferta y el horario del desayuno también excelente (de 6:30 a 12h).
La habitación muy agradable. ¡Repetiría sin duda!

Cons:

En principio te dicen cuando pagas que tienes una 1h de SPA pero nadie nos informó y cuando bajamos estaba cerrado... ¡qué pena porque nos hubiese encantado!
Una sugerencia... con la filosofía que tiene COCO-MAT sería super interesante reformular los kits que ofrecen en el baño.

Comfy, perfect location and amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Very kind and friendly staff. Super clean and comfy but the best part was the breakfast which was excellent!

Cons:

The gym and spa is a bit small and was expecting a small hot tub or swimming pool along with the sauna and hammam.

Phenomenal Location, Facility and People — Can’t do better for a few days in Athens
Pros:

Great location (two blocks from Acropolis Museum and short walk to Monastri); wonderful bed and view of the Acropolis from the window; truly fabulous morning breakfast — but the “over the top” was the phenomenally helpful and fun staff — they arranged dinners, taxi’s, general advice with intelligence and good humor (particularly Vakeria, Maria and George). You can not do better for a 2-3 day stay in Athens. (Pic from dinner spot)
