Small rooms, tiny sink area, no chairs on our balcony.

המעליות קטנות ובבוקר איטיות מכיוון שמנקים את החדרים ולכן המנקות עולות יורדות בהן.
Excellent location. 3 minutes walk to the Acropoli metro station, 4-5 minutes walk to the tram and bus stops, 3 minutes walk to the Acropolis museum, and 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Acropolis. Many restaurants close by and 15 minutes walk to Monistaraki Square. Many restaurants just outside the hotel, many shops close by. I love the location!
The beds and pillows are very comfortable and conducive to sleeping. Good soundproofing in the rooms as well couldn’t hear noise from the outside and noises/sounds from the other rooms… some hotels have thin walls.
The staff were warm, friendly, helpful, courteous.
Breakfast was excellent! Many choices. Can order Ala carte with many options including Eggs Benedict, avocado toast, French toast, and many others. Can also order cappuccino, latte etc during breakfast.
The steam room was excellent. Had so much steam you can hardly see the other person in the steam room. One of the best steam rooms I’ve been. Just need to book in advance.
I will stay here again if I visit Athens.
the room can use a bit more lighting so it’s easier especially when packing. Room is on the smaller side but it was okay. We had room to move around and had 2 big luggages and 2 small luggages that fit well in the room.

Location is absolutely excellent. Great food and drink options within safe, easy walking distance at all times of the day. Bar area could be improved by having better dedicated seating area, and barstools. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
There was some building work going on and there was some mess, and just general builder's noise and stuff. But it dod not upset our stay, might just be something that could be taken into consideration for any future works.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was good except the bathroom glass door.
The best in the hotel is the receptionists. We have been to so many different countries and so many different hotels. I am very touched for their considerations and kindness. We checked out at 6:00 am to catch the international flights. When we were leaving, they gave me a bag of breakfast with toasts, egg, banana and water. I felt very warm. We did not ask them to do this, they did it without any asking. To me, it is nothing to do with money, it just showed they care. Also, many different warm helps they gave to us during our stay. Thank you very much.
