We stayed for one week and of we go back to Tropea we will book this place again,
Pros:

The location and the view was amazing!

Cons:

The beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, w zasadzie wszystko ok, super taras z widokiem

Cons:

Brak większego stołu i krzeseł w kuchni, by w chłodne dni można wygodnie spożyć posiłek, kapsułki do kawy w bardzo małej ilości, mimo zapewnień, że będą... Niestety nie do kupienia w sklepach w tej miejscowości w rozsądnych ilościach (minimum 100szt), Kłopot, odpływem wody w łazience, szybko, acz doraźnie rozwiązany przez właściciela . Trzebaby trochę doposażyć kuchnię w naczynia i sztućce... Główny minus- grzyb na ścianie w sypialni!

Evicted for raising a complaint
Pros:

Modern, clean apartment.

Cons:

We booked the apartment as a family of three adults.

Upon arriving, we noticed a mismatch between the pictures provided and the reality. Rather than the sunny, open terrace advertised on Booking, we got a shaded ground-floor balcony.

Not the end of the world, but the terrace was a key factor in our decision, so we raised the discrepancy with the owner. Since the upper-floor apartments were occupied, we asked for any other form of compensation, such as a partial discount.

After the conversation yielded no results, we informed the owner we would raise the discrepancy with Booking.com.

At that point, the owner threatened legal action. He reacted as if we had called him a liar, and took it as a personal insult. He told us that we had to leave the property within 2 hours. It was Easter Friday in Italy, 6pm — not a good time to force a family to look for accommodation in an unfamiliar place. We re-packed our suitcases, took the opened food from the fridge and left.

Booking.com is processing a full refund. In addition, they already issued separate compensation.

The apartment was fine. The host's behaviour was shocking.

Jest to nasz drugi pobyt w Kalabrii i w tym regionie nie wiedziałam bardziej komfortowego noclegu.
Pros:

Duży słoneczny taras z niesamowitym widokiem. Dodatkowo bardzo wygodne krzesła balkonowe, na których można się było zrelaksować. Nowoczesne wnętrza (mikrocement na podłodze zamiast płytek, co jest bardzo przyjemne dla stóp) , duża przestrzeń dobrze zorganizowana. Pokoje są tak ulokowane, że każdy z nich ma widok. Bardzo kameralny obiekt (9 apartamentów) Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo sympatyczna Pani z ekipy sprzątającej. Lokalizacja, praktycznie ścisłe centrum, a jednak położenie wśród zieleni sprawia że jest cicho i spokojnie. Pościel i ręczniki czyste i pachnące.

Cons:

nie jest to jakiś wielki minus, ale można wymienić poduszki do spania na większe i bardziej puszyste :)

Prix à payer pour séjourner à Tropea
Pros:

La localisation juste à l’entrée du centre historique en « Zone à Trafic Limité » est idéale pour ceux véhiculés. En basse saison, des places de stationnement gratuites peuvent être disponibles aux alentours.
Le logement est spacieux avec une terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur mer.

Cons:

C’est un appart’hôtel avec le strict minimum en matière de service :
Il n’y a pas d’accueil, si ce n’est par mail interposé, la clé du logement est mise à disposition selon une procédure ;
Le ménage est assuré par un prestataire qui supervise le travail de sous-traitants non professionnels dont la prestation laisse à désirer (wc laissés sales par les précédents occupants, oubli de remplacer les serviettes retirées, …)
Certains mobiliers indispensables sont abîmés sans être réparés ou remplacés.
Il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle ni de lave-linge pour les longs séjours.
Pour le prix, on s’attend à mieux même si le prestataire en charge du ménage a très aimablement rattrapé les bourdes de ses sous-traitants et que le propriétaire offre à Pâques une « colomba » aux occupants.

Vielleicht die Unterkunft mit der schönsten Lage nahe dem Zentum von Tropea
Pros:

Unser Vermieter Oscar hatte die Schlüsselübergabe und den Zugang zur Wohnung mit Bildern und Videos perfekt vorbereitet. Die herrlich gelegene Unterkunft liegt 100 m vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir wurden durch einen fantastischen Blick auf die Altstadt und das Meer belohnt. Die Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse ist modern, das Badezimmer groß mit bodentiefer Dusche, der Wohn- und Essbereich hell lichtdurchflutet, die Küchenausstattung recht ordentlich, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Unseren PKW konnten wir für 15 EURO pro Tag ca. 400 m entfernt in einer komplett abgesperrten Zone abstellen.
Oscar war immer zu erreichen und sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.
