Pros:

Only the location and the bell staff

Cons:

The new duty managers do not know how to treat their repeated guests, also there any many suspicious activities happening at the hotel now, and i would not recommend any families or females to stay there.

Comfortable stay with a genuinely great team

I recently stayed at Avari Xpress Lahore and overall it was a really comfortable, hassle-free experience. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and well kept, and the whole place felt calm and well looked after, which was exactly what I needed.

A special shout-out to M. Bin Zafar and Zafir Zubair. Both were outstanding throughout my stay. They were always polite, quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted without me having to ask twice. That kind of personal attention makes a big difference, and they're a real asset to the hotel. Thank you both!

Cons:

On breakfast: it was good overall, but there's room to bring it closer to international hotel standards. A few things that would lift it:

More variety in the continental section, like fresh pastries, a better bread selection, and cheeses
Proper coffee options and a machine (espresso, cappuccino) instead of just basic coffee powder DIY.
A fresh juice counter and more healthy picks like yogurt, granola, and cut fruit of better quality.

The overall quality of the fresh items such as Halwa Puri and similar can be improved a lot as well.
Small touches like these would really take the experience up a notch.

Pros:

Welcome and front desk staff is very comparative and smooth check-in process with family, specially Muhammad bin Zafar and Zafir Zubair front desk manger or staff is very comparative and guide us very friendly. Is value for money with family special location is very good . Easy to go all over Lahore

Cons:

Have some. Parking issues lift no working and used valley and bathroom need to improve. Water drop wet floor. Over all good
