The location is very nice.

Cons:

The food, the cleanliness, the facilities, size of tv, AC cooling was also poor even after adjusting thermostat to max cool. Overpriced, carpet was dirty.

Cons:

Check-in was very slow, had to wait 30 mins!
parking was terrific have to wait for valet all the time..
had to carry luggage to room on own .. from basement parking to all the way as no lifts were available..
only 1 set of towel was available.. mattress was provided where as i requested 2 single beds but they give 1 queen + 1 mattress..

Location and staff is good. Breakfast is good but climate control and WiFi in rooms is very poor
Pros:

Hotel staff very good. Breakfast is also good.

Cons:

Carpets in rooms. They are very old and dirty .
Need replacement . Central air conditioner was off. Our room temp remained 26 celis, which is high. They brought the pedestal fan for us but it did not bring the room temp down
