no any service, no one care about the luggages or any service when checked out, even the madama boss bedies, she still nevre cares, the worst is the room far from clean, very risky!! never recommended !!!

Cons:

Nothing ....I dont eat processed foodstuffs so the abundance of my foods on the menu was sublimation to the view and the location

Hotel has a great potential, but as is it is not a 4 star property .
Pros:

Setting of the resort is beautiful, on the shore of the Lake Victoria. Great views from the balcony.

Dated rooms ( especially bathrooms), breakfast food/coffee - not a great quality.

Pros:

Okay grounds. Looks good in pictures, and from afar.

Cons:

The “resort” website pictures are misleading. The interior is very dated and basic. The breakfast was not good at all, again very basic, and the coffee was pure sludge.

Un séjour calme et reposant dans un très beau cadre et un personnel tres disponible
Pros:

Emplacement au bord du lac incroyable, grande piscine très agréable, choix de menu au restaurant et très bon

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné n’était pas incroyable pour le prix de la nuitée mais c’est peut être parce que je suis habituée aux petits déjeuners de France 😅

service in restaurant was abominabel, werkelijk ongelofelijk. drankjes na 1,5 u geserveerd zonder glazen, bier uit de fles te drinken. taart zonder vorkjes geserveerd : eet met je janden etc etc. airporttransfer vergeten. mannelijk personeel zit achter de toog te kletsen terwijl 1 meisje het hele terras moet bedienen…
