Séjour parfait entre amies à The City Hotel & suites !
Pros:

Emplacement parfait si l'on a une voiture (proche vieille ville et plage) - des places sont même réservées pour l'hôtel et cela nous a bien dépannées un soir pour garer
Equipe aux petits soins, merci pour vos conseils (plages, sorties à Réthymnon) !
Chambre très confortable et cosy

Cons:

Le seul bémol est la configuration de la salle de douche: le lavabo est ouvert sur la chambre
Balcons très proches entre voisins mais cela ne nous a pas dérangées

Nice and clean room, perfect location, friendly staff

The room was on street level with windows to the street, children were playing and making noise till around 9. After that it was quiet

TRES BIEN SITUE POUR VISITER RETHYMNON ET L'OUEST DE LA CRETE mais...
Pros:

Hôtel propre et moderne dans une rue calme de la ville.
Personnel serviable et accueillant.
Petit déjeuner correct et complet, mais servi à 8h30, un peu tard pour les excursions.
A 1/4 h de la vieille ville et du port vénitien et 20mn du port commercial, c'est très pratique car impossible en voiture.

Cons:

Un point très délicat: le stationnement Il n'y a que 4 places dans la rue, réservées à l'hôtel et c'est l'angoisse à chaque retour en voiture.
Grace à des coups de chance, et à la complicité du personnel, les 9 jours nous avons eu une place, disons dans la 1/2 h qui suivait notre arrivée... et on était en octobre!!!

Great reception , two day turnaround for towels not the best especially in summer . Parking a big problem , the hotel does not have on site and street parking could be streets away .
