HORRIBLE!! NEVER BOOK!! ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONEL
Pros:

Personne ne parle anglais. La chambre n'est pas prête pour le check in à plus de 14H. Il refuse de prendre nos affaire en baggagerie pour qu'on puissent aller manger. Alors on attends toute l'après midi dans le hall. vers 17h30 la femme de ménage ARRIVE enfin et se décide à nous donner une autre chambre (prête).Le lendemain matin on me somme (en russe) de quitter la chambre et de reprendre la 1ere chambre attribuer...seulement problème : la chambre PUE une odeur ABSOLUMENT terrible!!!! pas de Wifi et pas de papier toilette!!! Et je ne suis ni sensible, ni exigent mais là c'est trop. Mon amie s'en va se plaindre en russe auprès de la manager et là!!! La manager lui dis (texto) : "ce n'est pas mon problème, je ne peux rien faire et vous êtes désagréable". Je crois rêver!!! Conclusion : j'ai passé la nuit dans le couloir (au téléphone avec hotel.com)
