Amazing hotel, great to stay with kids in beautiful area of Colombia
Pros:

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. We travelled in December with 2 small kids and we didn’t know in advance that the hotel had a whole Christmas village in dinosaur theme set up with beautiful lights everywhere and a massive play area with ball pit to play. It was magical, our kids still talk about it ! For the rest it’s located in a beautiful green area, rooms were spacious and big, lots of playgrounds and water areas for the kids. It was fantastic and we would definitely come back!

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast is okayish, good portion size and still acceptable but quality could be a bit better.

I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Don’t go
Pros:

That the property had entertainment on site.

Cons:

The room was the most disgusting and disturbing room I have stayed in and I have traveled a lot. Everything was dusty the sheets were dirty there were animals every where. Mosquitos, cockroaches, crickets inside the bathroom the kitchen. I couldn’t sleep and it was to late to leave and go somewhere else

Exceptuando el pésimo servicio del desayuno, tuvimos una agradable estadía. Excelente la atención.
Pros:

Muy mal servicio de desayuno. Pésima atención. Mal la comida. Creen que le están regalando a uno el desayuno, prestan muy mal servicio. Me sirvieron un tinto bajito y cuando pedí otro me lo cobraron. No entendí porque en recepción hay café gratis todo el tiempo.

Cons:

El servicio de restaurante. Pésimo por todo. Mal trato, y mala comida.

¡Muy bueno! Moderno y cómodo.
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy modernas y limpias. El personal demasiado amable y excelentes áreas de recreación para toda la familia. Fue maravilloso.

Pros:

Lo mejor fué la ubicación. Queda a 5 min del aeropuerto y en toda una vía principal. Las piscinas muy buenas y tiene muchas zonas verdes. Es un club de una caja de compensación familiar y por lo tanto sus instalaciones son muy amplias.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy limitado y no te permite muchas opciones, la atención por parte del personal fué buena, pero tambien limitada.

El hotel es bueno, tiene muchos lugares para disfrutar pero también muchas por mejorar.

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno, a veces muy rutinario, muy lo mismo, no existió variedad.
No me gustó parte del personal, les faltó calidez, ser. Más atentos.

Que contaban con camas y muebleria moderna, igual que TV

El servicio de las personas, el desayuno, en general la alimentación, lo que se ve en la pagina web no concuerda con lo que es el hotel, sobre todo las atracciones de los niños, las piscinas heladas, los salvavidas y ayudantes de piscina de toboganes, sentados mirando el celular, la piscina de los toboganes muy pandita, casi hau dos accidentes en una hora que estuve.
Mi hijo se enfermó y ningun personaje de recepción supo decirme si existia opcón de drogeria a domicilio, salí y a un km habia droguerias y si ofrecian domicilios.
