Location was very tricky for taxis to find. It is on a very busy road with no designated parking space out front! Getting to the gym was complicated and required leaving the building and getting a separate ticket to enter

Gewoonweg een zeer goed hotel met heerlijke bedden en een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De thermostaat kon ik niet lager dan 26 graden instellen. Ik had even contact kunnen opnemen met de receptie maar heb gekozen om het raam open te zetten.

During check-in, a discrepancy occurred with the payment, revealing unprofessional conduct inconsistent with the standards expected of Radisson Hotel. The receptionist incorrectly charged my colleague's card, deducting 3000 EUR instead of the correct amount of 1606 EUR. Furthermore, a double charge was applied. Although the 1606 EUR was intended to cover all six rooms, an additional charge for one room was erroneously deducted from my card via the Booking.com reservation system. This incident of double billing is both perplexing and unacceptable.
