Se si arriva dalla stazione, c'è un ponte pedonale che porta direttamente all' ingresso ma se non lo si conosce bisogna girare un po' per trovare l'accesso.
Umfangreiches Frühstück. Nette Mitarbeiter. Sauberes und schönes Zimmer.
Beschilderung zum Parkhaus (von der Autobahn kommend um den Gebäude Komplex herumfahren und in die Tiefgarage des Lidl einfahren) und im Parkplatz zum Hotel müsste besser sein.

Very friendly staff, both at the reception desk and the bar, fruits and water at the lobby were a nice compliment. The hotel has a perfect location just 1 minute from Berchem railway station. Umbrellas were available for rent in the lobby. The room was very spacious and light with comfy bed and nice bathroom.
Everything was perfect. The view from the room wasn't ideal, it was towards the office building, but nothing to annoy us.

The environment was very clean.The underground parking for the the car was easily accessible and easy to get to the Hotel. The price for the parking was very very good. The food as well tasted very good and the price was ok.
The breakfast was excellent with fresh bread and sausages.
The room was very comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom.
I the room,there was a mini bar with water and the possibility of taking a cup of coffee or tea.
We really did have a wonderful time
The staff as well were helpful and friendly.
Actually there was really nothing I didn't really like apart from a little delay by dinner but it was understandable .
