Was ok. But because of staff, never again

Location was Great. Breakfast options were ok. Room was also fine and modern.

Cons:

Data leak. Whether from Booking or hotel themselves, I’m not sure. I got multiple Phishing E-Mails and Messages with my exact name, E-Mail, date of Stay and so on. Hotel Staff was bad. Before Arrival they sent me a message to tell them what is the purpose of my stay. Told them Leisure, Birthday and so on. During Check-In, nothing, which is fine, but shy ask in the first place? The Check-In staff has no interest on checking us in. Keeps looking somewhere else. Asked me to write down my E-Mail, why? You have all my booking data. And proceed to tell me “if you book breakfast, it will be here” what do you mean by If? I’ve booked breakfast in advance and the staff should know I have breakfast.

Pros:

The good points are location and attitude of reception staff Mr Admon and Miss Lara are very helpful and welcoming plus professional.The hotel ambience is also good.Breakfast variety and people serving are very efficient.
Bad points
Very rude and non friendly staff at bar which is not expected at this level hotel.
The room cleaning staff is lazy and inefficient.I stayed for bit long duration had these observations.

Helemaal top.
Pros:

Ik ga vaker naar dit hotel voor mijn studie. De locatie is perfect vanwege het treinstation en de school die dichtbij ligt. Het hotel is gemoedelijk en heeft topkamers. Beneden in de lobby en de tuin is prima vertoeven en het ontbijt geweldig. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een uitstekend hotel.

Cons:

Ik vond het gebruik met de kaartjes niet echt handig en ik zou graag een pot honing bij het ontbijt willen!;-)
Vereder niets wat ik kan verzinnen of heb waar genomen.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, schoon, fijne bed, ruime kamer.

Cons:

Parkeergarage was niet goed aangegeven op huisnummer 34.

Ook geen duidelijke bord met P Raddison.
Moesten 1x een rondje maken vanwege 1 richtingsverkeer. In het donker was het heel moeilijk.

Dichtbij uitvalswegen en openbaar vervoer naar centrum
Pros:

Prima hotel met moderne kamers met fijne badkamer en airconditioning. Auto kan tegen betaling (niet te veel) in de parkeergarage onder het hotel staan. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met koude en warme gerechten en koude en warme dranken. Hotel ligt vrij dicht bij de ring Antwerpen en naast het trein-, bus- en tramstation. Binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Antwerpen. Wij hadden kamer op 6e verdieping met mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Bed vonden wij iets te hard.

Een fijn verblijf voor een goede prijs!
Pros:

Mooie kamers en een goed bed en goede douche.
Fijn dat er een biljarttafel beneden stond, is een leuke acitiviteit die je niet vaak tegenkomt op hotel.
Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er is niets wat voor ons tegengevallen is.

Facile d’accès. Literie confortable.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillissante. Le personnel semblait complètement perdu sur leur système. J’ai attendu ultra longtemps à l’arrivée et au départ.
