My Go To Hotel in Tucson
Pros:

The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

Cons:

The only negative was that they have a BBQ grill in the courtyard by the pool. The grill was just across the walkway from my room. People were grilling burgers and they smelled delicious 😋

Nice property with a staff that makes it better
Pros:

Very nice rooms, with TV's that actually worked and can be controlled with the remote provided. ( Sounds silly. But I've gone to a lot of hotels that have terrible TV setups). Front desk was quick to fix the only issue we ran into.

Cons:

Our first room had some ants in the bathroom. Not an infestation, so don't think something terrible. But because it was late when discovered, there was no way to just get somebody to spray, so the front desk very quickly moved us to a room just a few doors down, no questions asked.

The lightbulbs need to be a lower K (kelvin) temp. They use 5000K and it's too electric white and cold. Use 2800 or nearby. This very cheap update could increase the warmth effect of your establishment immensely.
