Pros:

Close to where I needed to go and it had a full kitchen.

Cons:

Furniture was dirty and damaged. Couch had holes in it. Black mold around the tub. Water damage to ceiling by windows. Microwave handle was broke off. Window screens had holes in them. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Dirty flooring n base boards. Toilet paper holder was coming out the wall.

Would not stay again
Cons:

The door handle to the unit we stayed in was broken, and the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. The whole property smelled musty. There were mud or blood splatters on the wall and hairs on the toilet. It really feels more like an extended stay hotel where people live long term than a hotel in a nice part of town. I should have done more research and not stayed here.

Will never be going back to this place. Disgusting.
Pros:

Good parking, could park close enough to your room where I was staying. The staff was nice enough when I asked for a different room.

Cons:

I had room 212 at the beginning and walked in and it was awful. Stains everywhere the shower was a mess and had what looked like a white film on it. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The place is also not kept ever well sidewalks had mud puddles and smelled like old trash. The hallway smelled funny but when got into room cleared up.

Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

A few of the cabinets weren’t clean and the sheets were slightly stained but it was a very busy weekend so I was trying not to hold it against them.

Front Desk Issue
Pros:

I like the location of the place and the room was CLEAN that was the selling point. Over all I like it.

Cons:

The Front desk was horrible they had me waiting for 15 mins and I was the next person, they were dealing with an issue but no one said please wait and I was standing right there. The Computer for some reason wasn't working or the printer they took my DL picture on a phone. I said I hope thats going to be deleted she said its a company phone I wasn't pleased about that !!!. I decided to take the steps to my room oh gosh the steps was dirty looks like it haven't been cleaned in a while that should be addressed also the door leading outside from the steps didn't look secured enough for protection that's a red flag ..Then checking out no one was at the desk and the time was about 10:30 I sign was there with a number I did call left a VM and got no call back..If you leave a phone number at the front desk someone should pickup what if it was an emergency it just went to VM NOT HAPPY.

entry, floor/carpet stained and old, under sink (pic), missing coffee & coffee maker, no rod in closet (pic), outlet did not work (pic). 1st day service poor, 2nd day service good, attendant brought missing items.

Our tv didn’t work and they immediately brought a new tv to our room, even though I told them it wasnt that big a deal.
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Great price. Love having a full kitchen and the location was awesome and I felt super safe

Cons:

Needs a little updating but I can tell they are working on it.

Good for a cheap quick stay but needs work

Cons:

Drains were full of hair and food, all the towels were stained, the toilet paper roll was broken so the tp was on the back of the toilet, outlets were loose or didn’t work, and paint was chipping in a out of the door frames/walls
