It was clean, and the person bringing breakfasts to us was very polite and friendly.
On Booking.com, the hotel was listed as pet-friendly, which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here with our small toy poodle.
However, during check-in, the receptionist seemed surprised that we had brought our dog and told us that pets were actually not allowed at the hotel. We were then told that, “as an exception”, we could stay with our dog, but with several restrictions - for example, the dog could not be left alone in the room at any time, even though she is calm and quiet and there are no carpets in the room.
This restriction made our stay significantly more difficult. It was extremely hot during our stay, and our dog could not comfortably spend long periods of time at the beach in the heat and sun. As a result, we had to plan our entire holiday around constantly returning to the hotel so that she could rest and cool down. Having to organise every day around this restriction is hardly what you would call a relaxing holiday.
At the same time, despite the hotel being advertised as adults-only, there was a very young child, around one year old, staying in the room next to ours.
So, apparently, this pet-friendly, adults-only hotel does not actually allow pets, but does allow children.
Literally every single detail in this hotel we really liked it:
1. The staff that showed a great hospitality, professionalism, welcoming and very helpful and supportive.
2. The room itself: spacious, clean, convenient, has everything you need along with a huge terrace with a breathtaking sea view that we enjoyed with the hot jacuzzi.
3. The location: very calm, with shaded parking and near to a lot of attractions like little vinice, Zuma and cavo-tago

Tutto eccezionale, dall’accoglienza ai comfort, la struttura è il luogo perfetto per concedersi il proprio momento di relax. Lo staff gentile e cortese, sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza. Non potevamo scegliere posto migliore dove soggiornare a Mykonos.

Location obviously a little bit far out and they were quite pushy to get us to use their sister property which I wouldn’t recommend! Dinner food was not great.
Private pool, outstanding staff “shoutout To Boris”, attention to detail and the fact that is so peaceful and far from the crowded areas!

Dat we niet langer zijn gebleven..
We hebben al veel gereisd, in veel hotels overnacht, maar dit hotel staat bovenaan onze lijst als favoriet.
De luxesuite met privé zwembad is gewoonweg fantastisch. De kamer is ruim en zeer verzorgd.
Het eten is super lekker en voldoende keuze. Ontbijt kan je op voorhand doorgeven via een tablet (ruime keuze) en komen ze naar je kamer brengen op het gewenste tijdstip.
Op rustige locatie gelegen, op 10 minuutjes stappen, vind je een busstop die je zo naar Mykonos stad brengt.
De grote meerwaarde aan dit hotel? Het personeel - Gewoonweg uitmuntend. Ongelofelijk vriendelijk, niets is ze te veel. Ze doen er alles aan om jouw verblijf zo fantastisch mogelijk te maken. Iowana, Boris & Fotis: 1000x dank voor alles.
Absoluut niets negatief op te merken.
As someone who travels to Mykonos almost every year, this hotel is the best I've ever been to, perfect location close to town, quiet, amazing view, everything is new and very high standard, private heated pool in the room, and above all, the service was simply perfect from the moment you entered. You are a prince, Iva takes care of everything, you can be calm, and Boris will take care of whatever food you want, at whatever time you want, with whatever coffee you are used to drinking. I will definitely be back.
