Accommodation was excellent. Fantastic room, great pool, and exceptional view. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. A really great few days away.
It was incredibly clean, the pool was spectacular, the bedsheets were soft and white. The shower was amazing!
Everything was perfect.
We had a wonderful stay at Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites for our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Ioana, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special and helped make our stay truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Literally every single detail in this hotel we really liked it:
1. The staff that showed a great hospitality, professionalism, welcoming and very helpful and supportive.
2. The room itself: spacious, clean, convenient, has everything you need along with a huge terrace with a breathtaking sea view that we enjoyed with the hot jacuzzi.
3. The location: very calm, with shaded parking and near to a lot of attractions like little vinice, Zuma and cavo-tago
Nothing, it’s just perfect.
It was clean, and the person bringing breakfasts to us was very polite and friendly.
On Booking.com, the hotel was listed as pet-friendly, which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here with our small toy poodle.
However, during check-in, the receptionist seemed surprised that we had brought our dog and told us that pets were actually not allowed at the hotel. We were then told that, “as an exception”, we could stay with our dog, but with several restrictions - for example, the dog could not be left alone in the room at any time, even though she is calm and quiet and there are no carpets in the room.
This restriction made our stay significantly more difficult. It was extremely hot during our stay, and our dog could not comfortably spend long periods of time at the beach in the heat and sun. As a result, we had to plan our entire holiday around constantly returning to the hotel so that she could rest and cool down. Having to organise every day around this restriction is hardly what you would call a relaxing holiday.
At the same time, despite the hotel being advertised as adults-only, there was a very young child, around one year old, staying in the room next to ours.
So, apparently, this pet-friendly, adults-only hotel does not actually allow pets, but does allow children.

Tutto eccezionale, dall’accoglienza ai comfort, la struttura è il luogo perfetto per concedersi il proprio momento di relax. Lo staff gentile e cortese, sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza. Non potevamo scegliere posto migliore dove soggiornare a Mykonos.
Private pool, outstanding staff “shoutout To Boris”, attention to detail and the fact that is so peaceful and far from the crowded areas!

Lovely property and great breakfast. Staff all lovely.
Location obviously a little bit far out and they were quite pushy to get us to use their sister property which I wouldn’t recommend! Dinner food was not great.
