Good base to visit the surroundings and hike
Pros:

Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and comfy, the breakfast was better than an Italian average one, the wifi fast (100 Mb/s). Also the restaurant was very good and the plates abundant.
You can leave the car in front of it, and in the radius of 20 minutes by car you can visit plenty of little nice villages and be at the beginning of beautiful mountain hikes.

Cons:

The room was particularly warm, with some noise from outside (especially keeping the window open), and also the provided fan was noisy.

Comfortable, clean and friendly.
Pros:

The location is well connected to the rest of the town. Breakfast is continental - perhaps a little lacking in choice but very tasty in itself. The food served in the restaurant is very good and the welcome that we received was very friendly.
