Très bon endroit pour un city trip en couple à Stockholm
Pros:

L' accueil par Anna, Customers Manager, était très bien. Elle nous a gentiment indiqué quelques endroits sympathiques, proches de l'hotel pour profiter de Stockholm. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant de l'hôtel: le repas du soir était bon avec un excellent service.

stayed the hotel diplomat and had the worse experience. I was so excited to stay there and it was my 1st trip to Stockholm with family and friends. I was so disappointed, first they made a mistake with my reservation dates. Then they brought me to my room and they were renovating the floor. The carpets were covered in plastic, it smelled, it was dusty and loud. When I complained they gave me a room on the same "class level" but smaller and on another floor. The fridge has milk splattered all over it. By this time I was so fed up of complaining, I couldn't be bothered to say anything. But I wouldn't rush back there.

Exceptional, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location, staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great restaurant, all dishes we had were excellent.
