Snabba svar via mail när msn undrade något

Cons:

Frukost då det tog lång tid invänta hovmästaren sedan väldigt lång tid innan vi fick beställa och få vårt kaffe .
Allt tog slut ingen han fylla på
Förstår det har underbemannat m personal.
Personalen löste det proffsigt när jag sa till om detta som man skall .

Pros:

Vi hade fått ett jätte fint rum från början, men vi fick två separata sängar och vi skrev att det skulle vara en stor säng. Vi sa till personalen och de bytte oss till ett annat rum som var mycket mindre och inte lika fint. Och inte öns i närheten av det förra rummet.

Cons:

Hög ljust från gatan. Garderoberna saknades gångjärn för att vara ett 5 stjärnig hotel.

Pros:

Petit dej très bien.

Cons:

On m’a survendu une chambre supérieure mais le service housekeeping était déplorable. Et la chambre vraiment pas propre avec des problèmes techniques.
L’ascenseur en panne pendant les 4 jours.

Pros:

The location is absolutely wonderful, overlooking the water and beautiful architecture- lots of museums, theaters, restaurants and shopping at walkable distance.

Cons:

The bedding was not changed throughout the stay, there was hair left over in the bathroom/ on floor etc. after housekeeping everyday, reception checkin was extremely unfriendly and inefficient- I was asked to pay twice even after I checked in the beginning- the service in the restaurant was lovely and the porters were extremely helpful.

Hade förväntat mig mer av Diplomat.
Pros:

Läget. Gymmet.

Cons:

Personalen var ganska neutrala, inte så trevliga man väntar sig på ett finare hotell. Dålig ljudisolering på rummet. Hotellet ger ett något slitet intryck.

Pros:

Bra och trevligt bemötande från personalen.
Fint rum och mjuk säng. Fick beställa från frukost menyn så äggröran och baconen var nygjord. De tog hand om min bil så vi slapp parkera den som de även hämtade när vi checka ut.
