Pros:

There is no front desk available at 3 pm which is at check in time. I ran into two ladies work here however they cannot help me and just ran away from me when I asked where is staff for check in. It is described that there is air conditioning but fans.

Posizione top, da migliorare le pulizie
Pros:

Soggiorno in famiglia , struttura buona , posizione eccellente , pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare , inoltre da rivedere la qualità delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani ( lenzuola piene di palloni da usura, asciugamani rattoppati).
Nel complesso comunque un’ottima soluzione per visitare la città , la posizione è invidiabile . Ci tornerei sicuramente .

Pros:

The location and patio make this an amazing place to stay. Easy walk to Wenceslas Square, Castle, Old Town Square. Clear check-in directions from host prior to arrival. Has the necessities for cooking, and we were able to easily add a cot for more sleeping space. Night club on ground floor which we could hear when going to bed 11-12 PM, but we slept fine anyway.

Pros:

The property was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance. The only downside was the bed was hard as a rock and it was located above a bar. Which is great for a fun time, not so great for a young family.

Apartment looked very nice and new. has a good size.

Wifi did not work.
not enough toilet paper.
my visit was in corona time, so the bars had to close at 23:00. Till that time you heard Music from the bar below.

Pros:

The property is very well located, its spacious and feels Brand new. They offer washing machine but the dryer doesn´t work.

The Price is a Little high, you can find hotels (breakfast included) 20% less.

Molto pulita, personale cordiale, ottima posizione. Unico neo non essendo comprese le pulizie giornaliere, non vi era a disposizione materiale per pulire (scopa, spazzolone..ecc...)

The apartment is in the perfect location and looks lovely upon arrival. However the bed is very hard, the shower is not very powerful (and in one apartment did not stay at head height) and the towels didn’t smell very fresh. The worst is the smell in the apartment block though. Whenever you enter the building or leave your apartment you are hit with an overpowering smell of food, no matter the time of day or night. It was not pleasant at all. Overall loved the location but the apartments were sadly disappointing.
