Very pleasant, cozy and comfortable. A truly relaxing experience
Pros:

I appreciated how neat and clean everything was. It immediately made me feel comfortable and ready to relax. The view was also really beautiful and pleasant to look at. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. Lastly I really liked the decor of the hotel, the warm lighting from the chandeliers made everything feel cozy and warm.

Καμαρούλα μια σταλιά σε πανέμορφη τοποθεσία σχεδόν πάνω στη λίμνη.
Pros:

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Είχαμε δωμάτιο με θέα στη λίμνη. Η τιμή ήταν αρκετά καλή. Το πρωινό ήταν σχετικά καλό.

Cons:

Το μέγεθος του δωματίου είναι μικρό. Οι βαλίτσες μας λόγω ανεπάρκειας χώρου ήταν στο πάτωμα στους διαδρόμους κυκλοφορίας και περνάγαμε από πάνω τους για να μετακινηθούμε μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Το σύστημα θέρμανσης που έχει στο δωμάτιο, αν και αποδοτικό, πολύ θορυβώδες και φαίνεται αρκετά παλιό.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – in a quiet and peaceful area, yet very convenient. Parking was easy, which was a big plus.

The staff were very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.

Right from the hotel starts a beautiful coastal walkway, perfect for a relaxing stroll all the way to the monastery. It was one of the highlights of my stay.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a calm and comfortable stay in a lovely setting.

Σε πολύ καλή θέση, διπλα στη λίμνη, αρκετά κοντά στο κεντρο με ευγενικο , πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .
Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά ευρύχωρο με πολύ καλό έπιπλο κρεβατιού και άνετο στρώμα.
Ζεστό νερό οποιαδήποτε στιγμή τής ημέρας και με μεγάλη πίεση.

Cons:

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μην μας άρεσε.
Θα συνιστούσα σε φίλους και γνωστούς να το επιλέξουν αν ταξιδέψουν στην Καστοριά

Overall the value was decent, we were hoping for better. If the bathroom was cleaner I would overall say i may stay here

Location was good, nice view from balcony

Cons:

The bathroom sneed a bit moldy, there was some mold or mildew in the shower area. The room was a bit warm and we had no control over the ac unit in the room. When we checked in, the lady at the counter seemed very busy and rushed us in, she did not explain to us about how the breakfast worked.
