Ramada by Wyndham Nashville/Music Valley

Of course I guess you get what you pay for. During the three days, there was no cleaning service. The chair in the room had bodily function stains, and the chair was placed to cover a hole in the wall.

Our initial review of the hotel was that it was falling apart, inside and out (portico for cars arriving). After the 1 night we noticed a ton of activity outside. Drop offs and pick ups of some unsavory folks (prostiution). Hallways smelled of Marijuana. To top it off, after 1st night my oldest daughter was bit from head to toe all over her body (bed bugs) Only 1 night of the 3 refunded. Ps, this is NOT a Ramada by Wyndam, Luxe Hotels privately owned by Mr. Patel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Property barely had any staff and was under construction. Got to our room and found cockroaches. Fiancee was questioned in the hall and followed about whether he actually belonged there which made no sense because he walked with me and our daughter back to the room. When entering. Planned to stay there 3 nights and ended up leaving after 1 because there was no security for the doors and monitors were turned off at night through the morning. Working with corporate on hopefully at least getting a refund of the 2 nights we did not stay.

There were only two cars in the entire parking lot. It seemed as if the hotel was shutting down. Very uneasy to be such a desolate feeling in a thriving part of town.

Will never stay here again the overall condition of the hotel is in much need of repair. The damages at corridors doors and in room are obvious. Sink was missing drain assembly and aireator at faucet, tub bottom looked poor drywall repairs needed at wall. Table broke in room. Need I say more?

This property is DANGEROUS. We booked based on the reviews and price and it was so much worse than advertised. The floors were wet and musty like there had been a flood. It smelled like cigarettes, pot and bleach. There was major damage on all the doors. The sink was falling off the wall. We left as quickly as we checked in. DO NOT STAY HERE

Check in was quick. Rooms are clean but out dated.

Very old property. Rooms were clean but hallways looked pretty worse for wear. Breakfast was bad. Only a few pieces of stale bread and stale cereal. No coffee until later in the morning.

Less than desirable. 1 of 2 heaters didn't work at all. 1of 2 tvs didn't work. Fortunately, the working heater and tv were both in the bedroom. But, we couldn't keep the room temperature comfortable throughout our stay. It was either freezing or roasting. Everything we put in the fridge froze, even after adjusting the thermostat. The wallpaper was stapled to the wall where it began peeling. The tv remote only changed the channel. We couldn't adjust the volume at all, even on the tv itself. We couldn't use the remote to turn the tv on and off after falling asleep. The remote was missing the battery cover. We didn’t go to the continental breakfast, but my parents did. They stated the only thing was dry toast, no butter and one egg sandwich. My husband was convinced we were the only 4 guests at the hotel, yet my parents were on the 1st floor and we were put on the 5th floor as far away from the only functioning cold, dirty elevator as they could put us. The floor buttons looked like there had been an electrical fire at one time. We didn’t see another soul on our floor once. I was convinced we'd see the twins from The Shining. At one point, in the mid-afternoon, someone opened our room door. Fortunately, we had the little flip thing flipped over, which stopped them. There was no housekeeping the entire stay. If it was just one thing, it would be one thing, but as a whole, it just made the whole stay uncomfortable, but we had already paid in full.

The room’s air conditioning unit doesn’t work properly and no privacy ie curtains didn’t close properly and in the 10 days we were there our room was cold and cleaned once, to not working properly and the list could go on because the owner doesn’t want to spend the money to maintain it the way it should be kept

No one was at the front Desk for over 10 minutes. Rooms were smelly, dirty, out-dated, and had tacky murals stapled to the wall. The bathrooms were gross, and the hotel appeared to have some type of recent water damage. Big industrial air dryers were in the halls, and several guest rooms had towels on the insides up against the doors. The fact that we could see the towels up against the doors was disturbing because the doors were a good 2-3 inches above the thresholds!! We left and stayed somewhere else.

The entire hotel was “run down” with most doors having paint chipping and walls needed paint, mold in some ceiling tiles in lobby. There was an offensive odor that they tried to cover with an unpleasant strong Lysol smell. The “free breakfast” was only coffee and a waffle maker. However, the pillows and bed was comfortable and it was close to the Grand Old Oprey. I will not stay here again.

The staff are courteous. The facility as a whole lacks much needed general maintenance throughout. Electrical outlets in rooms are unsafe, fridge didn’t work at all, microwave made a ticking noise all night (maybe electrical issue?), no signal on TV, etc. If you’re in a room near the ice machine, it is difficult to sleep due to noise from/by the machine.

The checkin and staff was great and friendly. Lobby very clean. Room clean but dated. The beds were TERRIBLE. Metal frames and loud springs created a TON of LOUD noise and echoed in room. Woke up every time someone just turned over. Absolutely horrible.

The beds were absolutely terrible. They made loud noises just sitting on them, like you are going to fall through them . They moved like your were on a boat. The walls were coved in filth. Each floor's ice machine was broken. The front desk help was inhospitable. He acted like he could careless about his job , like you were interrupting his evening. There is no refrigerator in the room. I am overall unpleased with our stay. The one good thing was I did not see bugs....

So I had low expectations to begin with, But the bed was an inner spring and was AWFUL. The room smelled very VERY musty, like there was a flood, The Carpet was removed, and tile was dirty, The bathroom had a folding desk with a sink, jammed against the shower door. There were holes in the wall, and the wall paper was pealing, but they used staples to try and reinstall.

I spotted a couple roaches when I arrived but other than that it was fine
