Pros:

My go to-for Anaheim Conventions
Pros:

The location is good and the price is great for the space that you get. The staff were a bit short with us (he seemed bored and impatient) but I have had better service in the past. Considering the price I can't complain too much

Cons:

Could be a bit cleaner in the bathroom and the front desk could have been nicer, but I understand.

For the price and less than 12 hours we were there we had a decent sleep.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The Breakfast looked good, however we didn’t have time to eat except for a bagel.

Cons:

The floors were dirty need a good scrubbing. My grandkids feet were black from walking around on them. The shower has mold in it. I didn’t like that the sink is in the bedroom area. There seemed to have been some work done in the walls. The holes were not patched properly, drywall replaced with a screw and then painted over with a different shade of paint that didn’t match.

Pros:

I was booking on a third-party booking site not directly through the property as soon as I got there, he demanded pull price I showed him confirmation number. He totally disregard and wanted full price. Don’t come here

Cheer Competition Weekend
Pros:

I loved that the Capri was centralized and everything we needed/ wanted was within walking distance. The room was clean, the bed was ok, and the room amenities were good too.

Cons:

Our entry door wasn't level, so when closed there was a gap, on the bottom, between the door and the frame. Also, there was a lot of electrical hanging around outside our window.
