Car parking wasn’t included and was per night not day. We arrived early on our first and understandably couldn’t check in at that time. We didn’t want to waste the day so went out and arrived back at 8pm checked in and paid for parking for what we believed was 48 hrs. On leaving we asked if we could leave our car till we left for the airport at 3pm and was told no we needed to move it by 11 or pay another day we paid for another day as they needed space for other visitors arriving on leaving at 3 there was plenty of space. In total we paid for 72 hrs but only used 43 hrs.

There was a bad smell in the room. Ned and pillows were not comfortable. Air conditioning was noisy . Had to go ask for extra towels.

They don’t warn you beforehand, but they charge you for parking, so in the end the hotel isn’t as affordable as it seems. The breakfast was almost non-existent. When we got there, there was hardly anything left. The building is really old and dirty, and the rooms aren’t very comfortable. There was a lot of hair in the shower and on the bathroom towels.

The microwave didn’t work and they kept running out of towels, and it was kinda noisy at night. We have to keep asking for towels and sometimes we have to wait till the next morning cause they ran out so they need to get more towels in stock.

The only thing is it is about $18 for parking and I already paid for parking for Disneyland so if you are staying here and going to Disney do not pay for the Disney parking. That was all on me tho not the property.

The bed was super uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a hard board

Extra charge for parking what’s the point for booking the hotel and charging extra for car parking

Nos cobraron por el parqueado de los vehículos, a nuestras hijas le sacaron las cosas de la habitacion cuando tenia la reserva por 3 dias, llegamos cansados y nos tocó esperar mas de 2 horas en que solucionara, las habitaciones no les hacen aseo en la estadia, con estas calores y los dispensadores de hielo no tenian.

Very far away from the airport ,The breakfast is very basic with limited variety, and the sofa beds are uncomfortable, lacking proper bedding and pillows. The room would also benefit from a wardrobe or adequate storage space, which was unavailable during our stay.

The room wasn’t very clean, seemed as if they just did the beds and nothing else. No hair dryer in the room, you have to ask for it. The living room area didn’t have a tv, no ironing board. The bathroom door creaked every time it was opened and closed, the shower door didn’t stay shut so the water would leak out when showering.
They assign you a parking spot and will assign it to someone else as well and then just tell you to park wherever.
Short staffed, only 1 person available when checking in at 8pm and there was a long line.

I didn’t expect $100 deposit!! Booking didn’t say anything about the deposit ☹️ and $17.75 per day parking 😕😕😡

Słaba jakość pokoju, umywalka dosłownie obok łóżka w pokoju, na podłodze gres, przejście do pokoju było w stylu starego ośrodka.

I was waiting for 45 minutes to check in, it was a big line people was upset because there was no one in the lobby, and they charged me for parking.
