Didn't try to help or be creative when there was a problem. I came at 1315 ask that the room will be ready the latest at 1445 since I had a meeting in Harvard and needed to change and prepare. The room was not ready. They were Enix that they cannot issue a card until cleaning is over. I said that I don't care , I want to enter the room they can finish later but they didn't....only after I call the manager and put my voice up which I hate , Ithey were willing to bring me to the room that was BTW completely ready. I ask also for a car to wait at 1530 to take me- wasn't there. I expected more from 4 season. I stay every year in that hotel and I was disappointed fro. The approach.

Wonderful for families
Pros:

My six year old son and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay during his February school vacation week. We felt very welcomed by the friendly staff and our room was ready on time, clean and luxuriously comfortable. My son especially loved his kid-sized robe & slippers and complimentary Four Seasons stuffed puppy. I appreciated the soundproof room and quality linens and toiletries. We both enjoyed the lovely indoor pool and A+ room service. The location is great for shopping, access to the MBTA and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Being at the 3rd four seasons we’ve ever been to, I could tell you that our group and our pup had the time of our lives. I also wanna talk about the dog traits provided by The Four Seasons. We spent a long weekend at The Four Seasons in Boston. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at while we were there, my dog, Annie was given, from Neoteric brands, peanut butter and blueberry dog treats. My dog is a very poor eater because she’s a rescue. These are the first treats in a long time that she absolutely loved. I ordered these traits from the source because it is so hard to find something that she loves. I think you and The Four Seasons for this wonderful trip.

Pros:

I spent a couple of months researching luxury hotels with spa in Boston to celebrate my wife's birthday with our family of 4. I have no doubt I made the right decision. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we drove away, our 2 day stay was noting but perfect. From the staff, to the property, to the memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you all for making this special event as special as it could possibly be.

I stayed at Four Seasons One Dalton Street as a tourist, with one night before traveling to Mexico City and five nights upon my return. During that second stay, I truly experienced Boston, and this hotel felt like home.

The front desk team, especially Haley and Josh, were warm, professional, and extremely helpful. They assisted me with planning my days, suggested walkable neighborhoods, and recommended excellent restaurants, which greatly enhanced my experience of the city.

The cocktail bar became part of my daily routine. After spending my days walking and exploring Boston, I would return to the hotel in the evening to unwind for an hour or so at the bar. Adela, Hannah, and Kat were fantastic, always recommending great drinks and sharing helpful tips on places to see and explore.

The doormen and front door team were consistently kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and excellent value for a Four Seasons in this location.

Although Boston was very cold during my stay, it never felt too cold to walk. With proper layering, the city is extremely walkable. I explored Beacon Hill, Boston Common, Newbury Street, Boylston Street, and more entirely on foot.

Boston is now my favorite city in the U.S., and as a tourist, whenever I visit the United States again, I will definitely return to Boston and stay at Four Seasons One Dalton Street.
