The 1st room 308 television nor phone worked dust under the furnisher the bathroom had spots on the counter and used toilet paper I wasn't allowed a refund I was then moved to room 215 with 2 beds when I reserved a room with a king size bed, around 2;30 am I was waken by 5 young men outside under my window grouped up talking loudly which sums up my stay because I didn't get any rest
Not a thing
The breakfast was mediocre-waffles were offered, but there was no butter available. Coffee was provided, but tea was not an option.
The surrounding area felt unsafe, and the hotel itself was dirty and in very poor condition. Overall, the property appeared extremely run-down, and we did not feel safe during our stay. We found a few dead cockroaches. Our view was an overflowing dumpster and a burnt building with homeless people staying in it. The elevator worked but numbers did not light up, the building side doors remailed unlock-letting anybody in, there was hair left in the shower, the heater did not work in our room. I would NOT recommend staying here. I could keep going but these were only some of the problems. I would like to request a refund.
The lobby was nice
The location is horrible. It's dirty, trash all around the building. They had prostitutes all around. One even tried to approach us.
The front desk worker had the worse attitude.
I liked it wasn’t far from anything and the staff was as accommodating as could be.
The area is a little sketchy, it smelt like cigarettes all down the hall, and my first room had a big roach in it they were able to move me, but for some reason when I walked in the air conditioning vent cover was off and it showed all the dust I had to put it back together.
