Pros:

Good like most Laquita. Kitchen counter area where food was not cleaned when i went down. Cleaned counter myself.

Cuando me levante por la mañana, baje a tomar el desayuno y siendo las 7:30 am, ya casi todo se habia terminado porque segun ellos “ habia muchos huespedes” y pregunte si lo iban a reponer y me dijeron que lo sentia pero que no, o sea, uno contrata un hotel con desayuno para que no le den desayuno. Que verguenza

Her staff that actually welcomes you when you arrive and are manning their station instead of working out during working

It was clean but they forgot to leave towels . When i went downstairs to ask for some the guy said he only had 1

Cons:

The night clerk was rude and was annoyed when i had to interrupt his work out . Went down stairs twice and waiting awhile till i finally had to the gym to get him . The maintenance ladies were nice but the night staff was very rude

Room was quiet and clean

Cons:

Staff was not very helpful my room was not all the way made up had to make my own bed asked for room by parking lot so I could see my truck but they said they didn't have any on that side and my truck was broken into and ransacked when we asked they said their cameras didn't work and the security took pictures of it happing but did nothing about it it seems that cars are hit frequently at this hotel will never go back

Will never stay at this one again.
Pros:

There was very little food left and several guests were waiting ahead of us for them to bring more. Waffle batter had run out and only 1 spoonful of eggs with.8 people waiting. Manager and hostess were very rude, said they were not making more because it was nearly nine o clock.

Cons:

There were roots sticking up in the area near entrance and could have caused trip and fall, Sr Citizens with small grandkids carrying luggage.
Front desk clerk was very rude, leaning against wall on his cell phone. Towels for pool were to be provided, acted like it was a pain for him to get them and then only gave us 3 for 6 people and said that was all they had.
Check out was at 11 but when we got back to our rooms at 9 they had already disconnected the room keys and we couldn't get in. He told us rude that it was our fault because we had cell phones too close, which was not true. Everything we had to deal with he always came back with a smart alert answer.
The vinyl tiles in the hallway were buckling up and causing a trip hazard. All other LA Quinta locations have been great. The one in Marble Falls gets a 10 every time we stay there.
