Except when I booked I thought I was going to have 4 women for my room. Two of the women backed out and couldn't afford to come. But I did not know to last minute. When I booked when with Booking.com I asked about being to change the number of guests when I got there if everyone did not come. Booking.com said I could and they could would adjust the cost of my of the room then. When I called the day I got there, to let them know I only had 2 women booking.com wanted to change my price to $527 dollars a night. Which I graciously denied that because that was price gouging. Other than that everything was okay except for only having one floor with the ice machine working. Next I had a second room where we had to have the staff help us fix the door multiple times.
The fact that in room 219 I had to have them fix the door and they kept giving us a new room key. It was the door handle that was sticking it had nothing to do with the door key. Staff was not listening, plus they acted annoyed when I asked them to help us fix the issue so we could get in the room more than once.
The convenience of the location but that was all
The ROACH when we turn off the light it was super horrible then huge spiders looked like other people just smashed the bugs on the wall omg this place need to be tore down and rebuilt
It was close to where I was going.
The second floor Ice machine never had ice in it. I had to ask them for help several times to get back in to room 219 because the handle kept sticking and they acted like it was inconvenience for them to come and fix the problem. Next I should have gotten money taken off room 230 but Booking.com wanted price gouge me for asking to have it changed.
No protein options.
Not enough options. Only heavy carbs.
Close to the location for our conference.
Stains and splatters on the inside of the main door and the bathroom door. Splatters inside the lampshade. Dirty sheets, dirty blankets, dirty pillows, hard mattresses wet carpet are keyed in work for four of our 5 days and we had to continually go downstairs to get it recharged get re-keyed before they finally came up and fixed the problem after repeatedly telling us they would fix it. And each light fixture had missing bulbs or didn't work at all.
It was fine
The toilet was very hard to flush. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.
The pool and the location.
Did not like the way the bed felt.
The pool and the location.
The bed
All good
It was close to grocery store and restaurants and highway!
The shower where does one start…. No shower gel
When I asked for some I got some but the gel never came out is the dispenser.
The water had alot of dirt that came out when you started to run the water. It looked like mold in the upper part of the shower walls…
The remote didn’t work needed two replacements.
The carpet was so dirty that our feet went black.
Everything about this hotel was sketchy.
There were stains on bed covers and pillows were not comfortable.
Great location in relation to the church the event was held at.
Lot of damages to the room, Ice machine, and property was not kept up well. Staff locked the main entrance and was not able to use the treadmill in the morning on my 2nd day, because I woke him up on the first morning when I walked in the door.
The room was a good size with everything I needed. Everything worked well. I had sufficient pillows & loved having the fridge for my 2 liter diet cola. Convenient access to my conference location & if I had needed it, shopping & dining. This was a great choice for my trip!
I didn’t even try out the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. It took a few minutes to figure out how to turn the shower on. I thought the tv had limited channels or maybe I couldn’t work it right. Having to climb stairs to my room in the 2nd floor aggravated my arthritic knee. I didn’t see an elevator. The ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work
This is an older hotel. It needs some updating.
The room was dark and musty. The pillows were so small they were hard to sleep on. Overall it was dark The carpet felt damp. The bed not very comfortable. The that room needed to be fully re-done. The toilet was loose and overall it felt very dirty.
Staff all staff!!!! Was friendly.
I practically paid 200 dollars for 1 night. The deposit was luckily refunded but the rate for a mid hotel was insane.
