Greenery and ambience

It was a wonderful experience! I have always stayed in other 5 star hotels and this is the first time I’m trying Oberoi and I must say, in terms of service standards- Oberoi wins hands down! Wonderful service, very attentive to our needs - eg I come in with a full day of shopping with lotsa bags, staff immediately take it away and bring it up to the room, noticing that we were staying longer, they noticed and offered changes in breakfast etc

Great place to unwind after travelling with rejuvenating ambience and food. Late night check.

Absolutely lovely stay. Incredibly delicious breakfast, I couldn't wait to eat there every morning. Stunning morning light pours in through vaulted doors and spills out onto the open patio. I could have sipped a latte there with their incredible pastries for hours. Beautiful grounds. Great restaurants on site, we ate at the thai restaurant one evening and it was perfect (order the half portions!) Enjoyed a great massage late one night after wrapping up my final meetings for the week. The vintage floral artwork (and live flowers and plants) throughout the property make it a memorable stay. A luxurious oasis in the heart of Bangalore for sure! I hope to return someday on holiday and bring my family.

It's a wonderful & memorable stay experience. Mr Himank had done the checkin formalities and Mr Harshpreet had assisted me to my room. Further as a welcome drink i had order oberoi bengalore signature grape juice but i had recived a call from room dinning Ms Varuni said grapes juice is not avaiable. She remind me 3 year ago i was in Trident udaipur. There i had order coffee and same Ms Varuni had replied that our coffee machine is not working can i made a hand made coffee for you sir and i replied ok it must be strong and you have to served by yourself. I had asked the Varuni that left the grapes juice i want the same strong handmade coffee that you had served me in Trident udaipur and you have to served it by yourself. She done the same. In the evening I had order spinach Walnut tikki in room dinning. Mr. Lam had served it. They also suprised my with a beautiful handwritted note. In note words are of Ms Varuni written by Ms Mary and gifted by Ms Lisa. I like the note and make it memoriable. In housekeeping OPY and aditiya had made my stay confortable. In Lapai's Tanajit had welcome me. Ms Avani & Mr. Anket had made my breakfast dinning experience delicious. Ms Mridusmita had arrange me a garden view table. Ms Siddhi had taken order according to my preferences and Ms Rosiam & Mr Priyanksu had served the same. Chef Sahil had served a very delicious dosa. In poolside Mr Nageswar Mahapatra & Ms Aparna had served a refreshing mango juise with the cold towel. It's a nice experience. I had requested to Mr Kaveesh regarding late checkout and he accepted it. Mr.Vyshakh had handle my laugage very well. Ms Nikkita Seal & Mr Vinayak had made my checkout experience hassel free and fast. I had requested to Ms Nikkita regarding the airport drop the was arranged by her. MS Minakshi Rathore & Aastha had keep the car ready before i had reached the hotel after enjoying Live music in Hardrock cafe my bags are already placed in the car. Mr siddhu had drop me at airport. Further Mr Naveen had assisted me at airport.

Great Service

Awesome hotel with exceptional services. My second home away from home. Staff is very friendly. The lush green garden is like an oasis in the middle of peak bangalore traffic. One can find True peace in this property.

The quality of the property and the service provided by the team are a benchmark in hospitality. Even though we were regular guests just there for a couple of days, the level of attention and care we received was unmatched. Kudos to the team.

The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every amenity one could reasonably need. Despite being in the heart of Bengaluru, the rooms are exceptionally peaceful, ensuring a restful night's sleep without any disturbance from outside noise.

A special mention must go to the housekeeping team. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches—such as keeping a wire binder and laptop screen cleaner readily available—reflect a genuine commitment to guest comfort and exemplify The Oberoi's philosophy of “Luxury with Soul."

The breakfast experience was excellent, offering a generous selection, attentive service, and a relaxed setting. The in-room dining service was equally impressive—prompt, efficient, and consistently delivering high-quality food.

Tip for fellow travellers: opt for a Rain Tree Room with a partial view of the pool and gardens. The views are lovely, and the magnificent century-old rain tree at the heart of the property adds a unique charm and character to the stay.
