Extremely pleasant one night stay
Pros:

Room slightly small but equipped with everything you need. Central and close to a shopping mall. All the staff are extremely courteous. The beautiful gardens are a sanctuary in a very busy city!

The most wonderful hotel.
Pros:

This is a very special hotel with a beautiful setting and a real determination to ensure that the guests are given the best possible treatment. We stayed for six nights and loved it. The rooms are so comfortable and beautifully designed with a lovely balcony looking onto the garden. The breakfast is superb, with masses of choice between Indian classics and Western and Asian treats. It’s lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view. The staff are charming, always eager to help and very informative about foods we were unfamiliar with. The swimming pool is a delight, and long enough for a proper swim. The spa is very well equipped although I was too lazy to go on the machines. But without doubt the best thing about the hotel is the staff who are so attentive and charming. A special mention to Avani Ghatiya, the restaurant manager, who delighted me with her humour.

Resort feel in the heart of the city
Pros:

An exceptional location with a truly wonderful vibe across the property. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable, and the view overlooking the magnificent sprawling tree is simply breathtaking. Every single service interaction was outstanding—quite honestly among the very best experiences anywhere in the world.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Great hotel with good service that feel very genuine. Had a week here for work and it is an Oasis in the busy city. Breakfast is great, plenty of options. The restaurants and Polo room offer great food options. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable

It was an enforced stopover but the hotel was extremely comfortable

Our issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. The room and garden were excellent. Very peaceful

Cons:

Sometimes customer service can be too much and becomes oppressive. A simpe apology and small gesture is normally enough but the hotel went well above and beyond
