First of all, I would like to thank Minakshi, who assisted us with our check-in. She welcomed us with such a warm smile and made us feel comfortable right away. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. When we arrived, our room was beautifully decorated, and they had arranged a delicious cake along with a thoughtful anniversary card. It was such a lovely surprise and made our celebration even more special.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. While the buffet mainly featured vegetarian dishes, they also offer an à la carte menu with several non-vegetarian options, all included in the breakfast. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious.
The hotel also has several restaurants, and I highly recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner or on weekends, as they tend to be fully booked.
One of the things I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. Even though the hotel is located on MG Road, once you step inside it feels like a completely different world—quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by lush greenery. The beautifully maintained gardens are stunning, and if you enjoy taking photos like I do, you’ll find countless Instagram-worthy spots throughout the property.
Another feature I really appreciated was their WhatsApp concierge service. If you need anything during your stay, you can simply send them a WhatsApp message. Their responses are incredibly fast, and they resolve requests efficiently, making the stay even more convenient.
The spa is also wonderful, and I highly recommend booking your treatment in advance because appointments fill up quickly.
Overall, every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, planning a relaxing getaway, enjoying a staycation, or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience.

The property is amazing. Great setting. Felt like being in the native place. Didn't give the city feel which was great.

Dinner at the restaurant was ok. Limited options and some of the food items did not meet the standard.
Breakfast was open with small flies over so this needs to be fixed.
Room size was ok, could have been bigger.
Absolutely best in Bangalore. Service is great, everything is made so convinient, the restaurants are top notch. Nothing I could complain for.
