Pros:

A very well-run hotel with excellent service from start to finish across all staff roles. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, making the stay incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to personalise the experience — every request was handled with genuine care and attention. A superb hotel offering fantastic value.

Extremely disappointed with the booking and reservation process. Poor ethics and behaviour on cost and billing

Cons:

Terrible ethics from the front office. Confusion on pricing on their side on room upgradation which caused a lot of unpleasantness at the time of check out. No apologies either from their side

A window into upgrading life goals
Pros:

Fantastic staff, location and all in all a great staycation.

Sauna in the washrooms, great restaurants, wonderful bed, unbelievable gardens that make you feel you have airdropped into a rainforest.

They even threw in a complimentary cake for our celebration.

Cons:

Perhaps the ac motor in the room could use some wd40. But that's just me nitpicking

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Exceptional service from the staff

Cons:

The carpet on accommodation floors looks very aged. The paving going to and from the pool has some uneven areas and gaps which could be a trip hazard

Very good. But could have been has my breakfast related issue was resolved.
Pros:

The staff were really oersonable.

Cons:

i booked for two breakfast with booking.com. Unfortunaely my partner could not join me and i availed only one breakfast. But the hotel denied to forefeit the chamrges for other member as it was booked through booking.com

Wonderful calm experience in a hectic traffic filled city
Pros:

Very peaceful and excellent service . The garden and fish pond was very good for kids

Cons:

Having a small child it would have been nice to have a buffet dinner or lunch option to let them choose and to eat quickly. The pool could be opened later and with more lights in the evening especially as it's not very cold at night

5 star hotel 7 star service - Great Location
Pros:

Great Location and fantastic service. All staff so friendly and helpful. Our bags did not arrive with our flight and they made contact with the airport and made we we got our bags the next day. Delicious breakfast, both western and Indian food
