It was an absolute delight to stay at this hotel. I'll be back again!

The room I received was an upgrade to a Premier room with a balcony with magnificent views overlooking the the pool and garden. I appreciated the elegant classic decor, the peace and quiet, the walk in wardrobe, the sofa and the overall luxury. The food at the Lapis restaurant and the Wabi Sabi was simply outstanding. The glowing reviews of this hotel are really true. The standard of service and hospitality was exceptional and way beyond anything I've experienced in luxury hotels before. I'd like to acknowledge the brilliant work done by Gaurav, especially in providing the perfect room according to my requests. I'd also like to thank Abhinash in the Lapis restaurant and also other staff members Tij, Sumanth and Ritwika for their contribution.

Spectacular & Brilliant Stay without doubt

Breakfast was fantastic… brilliant layout & the location is simply beautiful- spectacular setting & green and foresty…

Cons:

I suppose everything about the hotel amnesties are flawless… food in the restaurant & in-house dining is expensive

The hair dryers in the rooms are not really powerful. Complicated to make a brushing!

When a problem was occuring, depending on the person, the feedback was different. It's not easy to have coherence.

Our 2-night stay was absolute bliss! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring we were happy and looked after in every way. The room service was top-notch, and when we asked about celebrating our 31st anniversary, they went all out with a complimentary cake and decorations – it was truly special. Huge thanks to all the staff, and the food? Master chef quality all the way!
