Best part of this hotel is definitely the staff.

Cons:

Was here for a cheer event, this hotel was not worth 1300 for 3 days. The hotel is completely outdated, needs a full renovation. The bathroom is a shoe box! You have to go completely inside for the door to be able to close that’s how small it is. The pics online are definitely deceiving. Not a Hyatt standard hotel, I would not recommend for the price I paid. I feel ripped off.

Very comfortable and clean except for pillows were hard.
Pros:

It was very comfortable and clean but your pillows were hard to sleep on.. need more blankets.

Not what I was expecting
Pros:

Location was great and so was the staff.

Cons:

Bathroom really small and ceiling was peeling.
On line reviews said breakfast was great, well on my first morning it's was ok but the second day it was terrible. Will not go back for that reason.

One night on Drive to Florida
Pros:

Nice hotel to stop for one night on our way to Florida. Right off the highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decent work out room and room was clean and comfortable. Good pillow and comfy bed

Great hotel experience
Pros:

My room was very clean and I was able to utilize my smart phone to access my room. The front desk agents were very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was awesome! My hat off to the chef.

Pros:

Unkempt and not very clean at all. Not enough staff to accommodate foot traffic. The ice machine was gone from.the 5th floor and the laundry chute was totally exposed which is an absolute liability. It appears as though the owner of the facility cares very little about the building or its condition.

Pros:

So I will start with positives. The staff here is amazing. The location is ideal. During my stay there was no internet, no hot water, no housekeeping and my room wasn't clean. I spilled some water took a towel to soak it up and when I picked up the towel the side on the floor was a dirty brown. It was disgusting. To be fair there was a storm, however all of the other hotels had internet and hot water.

Great place. Great ppl. Difficult times.
Pros:

The staff has been great! Kirstan has been kind and accommodating. Breakfast has been amazing. Our room is great for two teenage boys and their parents. Spacious. Big tv. Couch. Pet friendly.

Cons:

No hot water. Third night and I still have not had a shower. We are here in an ice storm and it’s packed with locals who have no power. But no hot water at night has been difficult.
