Chambre très décevante, personnel mal aimable, avec Clim et Frigo HS + moustiques + bruit de la rue
Pros:

Franchement, pas grand-chose au vu de la prestation et compte tenu du prix, ce n'est pas un vrai 4 ni 3 étoile.

Cons:

La chambre était très en dessous de ce qui était annoncé. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, le frigo/minibar était hors service, l’eau chaude était insuffisante pour une toilette correcte et la nuit a été très bruyante à cause de la fenêtre ouverte sur le boulevard, supplément moustiques.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas fourni et le personnel peu aimable.

Pour un hôtel qui se présente comme 4 étoiles, le niveau de service était inacceptable, et le personnel n'hésite pas à mentir, preuves à l'appui.
