Positif : le parking privé juste en dessous, accès direct (payant)
L’accueil sympathique et professionnel

Emplacement correct à l’entrée du centre historique (10 min du port)

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles, il est assez étrange de tomber sur des toilettes noircies / jaunies dont la chasse d’eau est trop faible pour avaler quoi que ce soit.
Un bac à douche marqué par de larges taches noires. La crasse s’est incrustée au fil du temps.
Un restaurant triste qui n’a en stock que 3 pizzas sur les 12 de la carte.
Un espace piscine qui est loin d’avoir le charme évoqué sur les photos.
Hôtel ok pour 1 ou 2 nuits, mais ne comptez pas y rester une semaine.

Quasi parfait. A recommnander.
Pros:

La situation géographique et la desserte en transports en commun, qualité de l'accueil et du service en géneral, des lieux collectifs paisibles (piscine, bar exterieur...), l'absence de nuisance sonore dans la chambre.

Cons:

Absence d'un tiroir, la cuvette des toilettes avec trainées noires à la sortie de l'eau.

L'emplacement et le stationnement en sous sol

Cons:

La vétusté de la chambre.
Le manque d'éclairage dans la salle de bain.
Les quatre étoiles ne sont pas justifiées
J'ai fait plusieurs appartements hôtels ils étaient de meilleure qualité.
Je ne parle pas du personnel, ils étaient au top, accueillants et chaleureux. Merci à eux.

Kamers prima, daarbuiten oogt het sober en is men zuinig om geld te investeren voor een upgrade.
Pros:

Kamers zijn ok.

Cons:

Rondom zwembad mag echt het nodige vernieuwd worden. Parasols zijn kapot, te weinig bedden.
Het nodige schoonmaak- en schilderwerk mag ook gebeuren richting parking en buiten.

Pros:

Nous devions aller sur la base militaire de Toulon donc on était vraiment tout proche. La chambre était très bien, la salle de bain également.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel qui vient de rouvrir propose des salades , Burger frites tres bon, filet de dorade sauce vierge excellente, et les desserts étaient très bons aussi. L'accueil de l'hôtel et du restaurant parfaits

Cons:

Le mini bar ne contient que de l'eau...

Staff and the room cleanliness and the location and the quality of the breakfast

It was perfect internally , share areas like the lobby , breakfast area and the bar
All was nice and the pool area was lovely
.parking outside was very limited just along the street but eventually found a space on day two

But
On day one used the €17 euro underground car park underneath- it wasn’t a good experience the car park underneath was untidy and run down ( ceiling was failing down in parts and the cars were surrounded by barriers , tape and generally messy .


Need of a tidy up , wash down and minor repair works . Car space was tight and tricky to park in the narrow spaces

Pros:

Kamer was ruim en netjes, kingsize bed was groot en het bad in badkamer was fijn

Cons:

Het zwembad op zich is goed, maar dat er geen enkel parasol opgezet kon worden (terwijl er 4 op de grond lagen) doordat de voeten niet sterk genoeg waren was erg jammer. Het was 34graden en je kon het zwembad in voor wat verkoeling, maar als je eruit kwam was er nergens schaduw.

L’établissement ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles, trop vieillissant. Par contre le personnel est irréprochable !
Pros:

Le personnel très disponible, particulièrement la jeune femme de l’accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivés .
Elle a été très efficace, aimable et souriante.

Cons:

La chambre est assez vieillissante, il y aurait besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement notamment dans la salle de bain.
