Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, wir konnten noch vor der Frühstpckszeit zum Buffet gehen und haben sogar noch Eierspeisen bekommen! Top!
Die Zimmer sind groß und die Fenster lassen sich sogar teilweise öffnen.

Cons:

Der hochflorige Teppich in den Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach etwas ungünstig. Zudem hat der Check-in recht lange gedauert.

Fin de semana EXCELENTE!
Pros:

Excelente atención, personal siempre presto a colaborar. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Cercano a centros comerciales. Alimentación excelente.

Cons:

La experiencia fue muy agradable y NO hubo circunstancias negativas. ALTAMENTE recomendable.

Stay was so so
Pros:

Location was ok if you wanted to stay close to Usaquen

Cons:

Music specially at night at the restaurant, not appropriate for a relax dinner . Sounded more for a discotheque
Also the carpet in the room was dirty and old . It looks that the rooms need a renovation.

Very comfortable stay in a character Bogota neighbourhood.
Pros:

Location and property quality. Park setting In Bogota with access to a safe interesting neighbourhood with many restaurants.

Cons:

Distance from the airport and central Bogota mean very long travel times given Bogotá’s heavy traffic

Not worth its price - poor value for money
Pros:

Decent, quiet and fairly safe neighborhood. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Location-wise is good, if you don't plan to visit the main basic touristic attractions of Bogotá.

Cons:

Misleading pricing. I was charged more than the price shown on Booking.com. Only afterward did the hotel say that taxes were not included in the booking rate, which is misleading. In Colombia, any mandatory charges should be clearly disclosed upfront before booking AND all taxes must be included.

The same issue applied to breakfast: the price advertised did not match what was charged on site.

The hotel itself is decent, but the lack of pricing transparency is a dealbreaker. The final amount ended up being significantly higher than expected, and at that price it wasn’t good value for money

Un hotel extraordinario! Lo tiene todo
Pros:

El desyuno buffet muy rico. El personal extremadamente atento a nuestras necesidades y siempre dispuestos a colaborar. Las instalaciones INCREÍBLES. Desde el olor del lobby hasta el sauna y el turco (que tenía una excelente temperatura). La habitación comodísima, con un balcón que tiene una vista hermosa y muy buen espacio para guardar la ropa y pertenencias. La cama muy cómoda y suave. Como era nuestra noche de bodas, personalizaron la habitación (pagando un paquete adicional) pero les quedó WOW. Con mensajes personalizados, una tarjeta, mucha dedicación en la decoración, botella de vino, fresas con chocolate y late check-out. Todo estuvo increíble.

Cons:

El baño principal de la habitación era un poco estrecho y algo incómodo al momento de bañarse o usar el inodoro, pero nada muy grave. Los precios de minibar excesivamente altos, por eso no lo utilizamos.
