My stay was just what I needed after a long day of flying.
Pros:

I arrived in Bogota for my son‘s wedding in Villa de Lyeva this weekend. I arrived after a long day of line associates at the Hotel Greeted me & helped me to my room. Took a 45 minute walk this morning and it was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. I will be back next week for my return trip and look forward to staying with you again.

Cons:

I wanted to convert dollars to pesos and was unable to do so. They directed me to the mall.

Muy comoda y agradable la estadia en el hotel. Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Muy comodo, limpio y el personal muy amable y diligente.
La habitacion tenia una amplia ventana que daba una buena iluminacióna la habitación.

Cons:

La iluminación artificial de la habitacion era pobre.

Trop cher pour la qualité de la chambre - optez pour une chambre régulière. Bon pour 1 ou 2 nuits.
Pros:

Bien situé. Secteur calme et sécuritaire. Beaucoup de restos sympa dans les environs. tapis dans la chambre très sale. J’ai dû garder mes souliers. La femme de chambre a remis les serviettes salles dans la salle bain pour qu’on les utilise à nouveau. Elles étaient pourtant sur le sol.

Cons:

Services aux chambres très très lent. 45 mins pour un café. Une heure pour un oreiller. Le resto est aussi très lent, j’ai dû aller 3 fois demander au serveur pour qu’on s’occupe de nous. tapis dans la chambre très sale. J’ai dû garder mes souliers. La femme de chambre a remis les serviettes salles dans la salle bain pour qu’on les utilise à nouveau. Elles étaient pourtant sur le sol. J’avais une chambre de luxe avec balcon, par contre le balcon est mal aménagé, que 2 petites chaises carrés pas confortable. À ce prix on s’attend à du luxe. Ce qui n’étais pas le cas.
