Pros:

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. A good mall right next door. Good breakfast.

Very good to stay in Usaquen
Pros:

Wonderful and peaceful.
Pros:

I'm a repeat guest at this hotel and we keep coming here when in Bogota because it's wonderful. It's in front of a park so it is quiet outside and you enjoy the view of trees and in the background the mountain. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I miss this time is a smart tv to be able to access streaming service, because we had plenty of time due to the reason for our visit and my partner needed to rest and not move much. If on vacation and going on tours and sightseeing that wouldn't be a problem.

Great Hotel super service
Pros:

Great location in Usaquen. Very convenient.
Rooms are good size and allow for comfortably working from there. Great views.
Breakfast ist very good with fruit and many local choices.
Service is great.
The best in the restaurant are Ana and Pedro. They are the friendliest people you can meet. They truly care about the service. It is a joy to see them.
