I love staying at your hotel

Good service in the front lobby
Pros:

We like that you can buy snacks and microwave food from the hotel lobby, they also allowed me to print a piece of paper from the computer area.

Cons:

I think the sewage system in each room should be checked because so much water stayed in the bathtub everytime we showered, it took so much time for the water to go, bathtub practically turned into a small pool.

Excelente opción en el centro del SLC
Pros:

El hotel en general es bonito, cómodo, habitaciones amplias, limpio y con un staff muy amable, desde la llegada hasta mi salida, todos fueron atentos y amables. De hecho en mi salida superaron mis expectativas al conseguirme transportación al aeropuerto (que ya estaba incluida) en un Lyft para evitar demoras en mi check in. Muchas gracias por las atenciones.

The Crystal Inn Salt Lake City was a great hotel for me and my family! We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff at the Crystal Inn were all very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good. My family and I loved our stay!

Cons:

The only complaint we had, which wasn't even a big deal, when we went to swim and sit in the hot tub on one night, there were no clean towels in the pool area.
