Disappointed
Pros:

That is very convenient in the airport.

Cons:

I had to pay for a day visit (from 12:00 till 16:30) - ~4.5 hrs, full amount of price (375 usd) as for a full day+ night. Hotel personnel is not flexible and don’t have common sence, either they do not help.

Too expensive and noise level was off the charts.
Pros:

Cons:

Noise level of guests was unbearable, talking in halls, kids running and screaming down hall and slamming doors all night long.

The front desk staff was great, good customer service. Elevators were of working but the staff helped get customers using service elevators.
