A quiet comfy haven to relax in after a long flight or day at the parks
Pros:

I have stayed here twice and it was perfect! The location is excellent for travel in and out of the Orlando area. I stay here to have an extra day at the parks and an easy departure the next day with no big rush to the airport. The hotel is very comfortable with comfy beds, spacious rooms and even inside the airport it is still quiet. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel has 24 hour room service for a quick snack or nightcap after a long day at the parks or a flight. I asked for extra bags to make ice packs for my aching feet and swollen ankles after a day running around the parks and they were brought to.me within minutes. Love this hotel!

Cons:

While the spinach artichoke dip was amazing, the hummus was a bit over doctered. It was nice to have a glass of wine delivered rather than walking down stairs on my aching feet.

Good for an early flight, but the place has a bad vibe.
Pros:

The location is good. The room was spacious and the shower and bed were very nice - with the entrance of the hotel being a few feet from security gates, so I guess that's what matters. The gym equipment was pretty decent.

Cons:

The hotel is odd. The layout isn't great. Noise echoes up from the fountain areas and all I heard outside of my room was screaming babies and loud conversations from people hanging out on the floor below. There was always a wait for the elevators. I had a bad experience trying to get food in the bar/restaurant (snotty, dismissive staff that had zero interest in doing their job or helping me and there was nobody else there so it wasn't busy or a rush). I wound up wandering around the airport looking for dinner (yuck). The front desk staff for the hotel were not very pleasant. I paid $50 to upgrade to a room with a balcony that actually opened up. The balcony room I reserved on Booking does not open - and they should mention that so you don't bother booking a non-functional balcony - which is pointless. The view was lousy - overlooking a parking garage and lots of street/traffic noise - also a nuke plant in the distance. The rooftop pool looks nice but was also full of kids and little ones in pampers (gross) so I didn't have the stomach to go in.
