A little pricey for just to sleep paying for more of the convenience.
Very convenient location after our flight got cancelled. I have stayed here in the past and would stay again in the future. The hotel and rooms are clean, elegant, the water in the showers is hot, and the staff were great. I was even allowed to check in early. The online checkout since our flight was very early was great as well.

No one answered the phones. Made arrangements for luggage pick up at 7am and no one showed up.
Ask for an emailed receipt and front desk still hasn’t sent on.
Had dinner last night at McCoys, had to find track down the waiter to pay my bill.
Every thing was wrong here. I have stayed at the hotel dozens of times…never had the service been sub-par.
The bellman brought the wrong bags up then when I ask for a 7am pick up he was rude about it “said I’d better be ready, because they run on 15 minute intervals”. Gave him a $10 for 2 bags and then he didn’t show up at 7am.
The worst!
Delicious restaurant on site and the staff was warm and friendly. The hotel is literally attached to the airport. The pool was fantastic and secure. We could watch the planes coming in.
I can't think of anything I didn't like
The convenience of the hotel and being able to walk around the airport. The smart tv. I was able to watch my Netflix show on the screen.
The gym could’ve been a bit bigger. There was a bit of long wait to check in.

I am so glad I booked a room, rather than trying to sleep in the airport. The motion activated night lights in the room and bathroom were pleasant surprises.
Excelente ubicación ya que al otro día teníamos vuelo a Bostón muy temprano, lo cual al no tener que desplazarnos se ahorra tiempo y transporte.
Cuando llegamos nos hizo el check in una persona muy amable que nos explicó todo muy bien (era mujer y Cartagenera).
La piscina nos gustó mucho y el restaurante también.
