Charming small hotel with nice lobby and pretty dining room. Great location if you like to be in the middle of night life and commerces. Staff went above and beyond…. So nice to stay in a real hotel instead of an Airbnb ..
The jr suite was nice but could use more lights.
El GYM, es realmente un pasillo. No tiene AC y en la tarde era un infierno por el calor que habia.
No habia agua para beber.
La habitacion muy oscura con muy poca luz natural y artifical

O hotel é bem estruturado e esta muito bem localizado bem no centro da zona Rosa a mais estruturada para compras e diversão. O serviço é excelente e o café da manhã é fantástico. O quarto tem um bom tamanho.
Como hotel urbano ele tem pouco espaço para estar.

The property is GORGEOUS and located in the heart of La zona T with absolutely everything around. The staff is amazing and the breakfast one of the best I’ve tried in Bogota.
Nothing bad to say
We booked 3 nights here with my wife and our 3-year-old son. We only managed to stay one single night.
On that first night we discovered bed bugs in the room. We immediately told the front desk. The staff told us “that’s not possible here,” refused to check the room, and showed zero interest in helping us — even with a small child in the room.
We decided right then to leave immediately and not risk another night. At checkout they charged us the full three nights we had originally booked, with no flexibility or partial refund whatsoever.
While we were dealing with this, I spoke with another guest who had also found bed bugs in their room — so this is clearly not an isolated case.
We ended up stressed, bitten, and out of pocket for nights we never used, then had to worry the rest of our family trip about bringing the bugs home with us.
Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with young children. There are plenty of better, cleaner, and more honest options in Cartagena.

The stay was good , pick up at the airport was as per plan , room was clean , staff was friendly and loved the stay , special mention to Daniel who was prompt and courteous.
Location was great !
Rooms were clean , and the atmosphere calm , noise levels were manageable , didn't really bother us too much , if you kept the windows closed it kind of muted the noise out to a level where it didn't bother.
And a great mention for Anna who should be in the hospitality industry who was forever prompt and attentive and forever cheerful in looking after ones needs at the bar.
The 2 boys at breakfast unable to recollect their names were always making sure they were prompt even at busy times during breakfast.
Overall it was a very good stay , 2suggestions , water was not being replaced as per what we were told on a daily basis , and probably a fan in the room could be better than the AC given the weather.
Great place , special mention to all the employees at Avani specially to Daniel at the reception, and Anna who deserves all our praises as she is definitely somebody who will have the hotel getting its 5 star reviews. Also the boys at breakfast do an awesome job of taking care of all the guests .
However house keeping should replace drinking water in the room as per policy .
