One of the best breakfast buffets you’ll see that’s for sure. For being located in zone T near all the action it’s very quiet in the room if they have double windows, which I think helps immensely.
The air conditioner doesn’t really cool. The room best bet is to leave your windows open for the evening if you go out to dinner or something like that and let the room cool down, but you’ll have to close them because of the noise once you return. it’s a minor discomfort only occasionally during the night was it overly warm. And as they know, I don’t like being charged for what should be courtesy coffee in the lobby.

The location is great and the staff were attentive.
The property is old and in need of a renovation. I stayed in a ‘Junior Suite’ which was pretty sad. The room was dark and small. If the shower head was moved it sprayed water up onto the ceiling, soaking the bathroom. The heat pump for A/C was loud and ineffective.

Location fantastic in the heart of Zona T. Polite friendly staff. The cleaners are amazing, we often slept in and didn't leave the room til early afternoon. The cleaners never missed a beat, room always clean on time for when we got back.
The wifi was not very good for what I'm used to in Colombia. I depend on good internet because I conduct business while on the move. The approx 20 Mbps speed was functional, but not very good in 2026. A couple of tasks I wanted to do were not able to complete. Even smaller businesses have speeds in the 100s here in Colombia
