Hotel in posizione ottima per esplorare la città ed anche vicino alla stazione centrale. La stanza era piccola ma accogliente. Letto comodissimo.

Kopfkissen viel zu hart, Halterung des WC Papiers kaputt und wurde nicht geflickt trotz Meldung; Fenstersicherung kaputt. gebrauchte Teetassen wurden nicht gereinigt/ersetzt.

Het hotel was in renovatie. Alle begrip. Maar dit gaf toch wat overlast. Dan vind ik de prijs te duur. We vroegen ook of er water voorzien was op de kamer of dat we een flesje konden kopen. Dat laatste kon en hebben we ook gedaan. We vonden wel dat dat op zijn minste kon aangeboden worden ter compensatie voor de overlast. Gaan we nog gauw naar Ibis? Neen, dat denk ik niet !

het personeel is super vriendelijk. de kamer is zeer schoon.

Cons:

er is NIET n kleine renovatie, maar n geweldig grote verbouwing bezig. Restaurant, bar, receptie staan kompleet achter boarding. Ook de etages boven de Lobby worden gerenoveerd. Ja, je kunt wel ontbijten en ja je kunt n pintje aan de receptie bestellen, maar gezellig is t niet. op de 3e etage waar mijn kamer was lag er sinds dag 1 troep, die niet opgeruimd was.. omdat ik vaker in dit hotel geweest ben, heb ik niet verder gekeken als de pagina om te boeken.

O hotel estava em reforma, sujeira e poeira por todos os lados do hotel. Impossível de descansar pelo barulho ensurdecedor das obras, parecia que estavam com a furadeira dentro do meu quarto. O recepcionista nem conseguia falar de tanto barulho e eu obviamente não estava escutando nada. Com obras desse tamanho o hotel não deveria nem estar em funcionamento. Fios e plástico por todo o canto, odiei a experiência. Na recepção a noite não fica ninguém, não dá pra comprar nem uma água caso precise tomar um remédio, toquei a campainha 2x para ser atendida e não fui atendida. É absurdo o tratamento e o serviço que oferecem.

Die Zimmer wurden von Mitarbeitern, die ein hartes Leben haben, tadellos gereinigt!

Kein Rabatt trotz deutlich geringeren Komforts als üblich.

Er waren verbouwingen, ze mochten dit wel laten weten hebben. Alles werd verbouwd, veel lawaai, van rond 7u in de ochtend werd er al gewerkt. Hierdoor ook geen bar ed.
