Pros:

Het personeel die waren er vriendelijke.

Cons:

Ze waren aan het verbouwen erg stoffig, het ontbijt was niet vers en erg stoffig. Dat was er niet bij gezegt dat ze aan het verbouwen waren.
Ik heb er wel foto's van gemaakt.
Dit was een duur weekend voor dit hotel
Op deze manier geen tweede keer

Prima, rustig, netjes.
Pros:

De locatie is goed. Het bed was zeer comfortabel en alles was schoon. Bonus voor airconditioning.

Cons:

Eigenlijk was alles wel prima. Een minibar was leuk geweest. Dit kom ik bij andere accommodatie met vergelijkbare prijzen dan wel weer tegen.

Goede locatie en schoon, maar weinig comfort en slechte communicatie

Kamer was erg schoon en de ligging nabij het centrum is ideaal.

Cons:

We kregen de dag van te voren te horen dat er wat onderhoudswerkzaamheden gaande waren. Op dat moment was omboeken naar een ander hotel geen optie meer. De onderhoudswerkzaamheden omvatte dat dat de begane grond geheel verbouwd wordt, er verbouwingen en puin is door het hele gebouw en dat er vanaf 7 uur in de ochtend al lawaai is. De compensatie was een flesje water, jammer.
Daarnaast was het bed erg hard met een kussen die het formaat heeft van een sierkussentje. In de badkamer kun je niet bewegen en de toilet zit een paar centimeter van de schuine muur, dus je zit met de benen onder de wasbak.
We hebben weinig comfort ervaren in het hotel en op de kamer en niet best geslapen. Op deze manier niet de sterren en score waard waar je voor betaalt.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeit im Nahe gelegenen Parkhaus

Cons:

Umbaumassnahmen, sehr kleines Bad, Frühstücksraum war ein Behelf, am 2. Tag ging die Kaffeemaschine nicht. Ersatz gab es nicht.
Eier im Frühstücksraum wurden ungekocht serviert.

60 % des Hotels ist Baustelle in Kernsanierung. Dies ohne Ankündigung.

Das Preis-Leistngsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht.

Cons:

Es ist nicht in Ordnung trotz der Missstände den Preis zu verlangen.

Not up to the standard I would expect from Ibis, especially as we are repeat guests who choose this

Room was as good as last time we stayed

Cons:

We were only told about the huge renovations taking place the same week as our arrival……..the bar and main restaurant was closed and the renovations started around 8am of the wing overlooking the theatre……as much as the staff tried to keep the entrance way clean, there was cement dust etc everywhere….ultimately it will be great, but at no time we’re we offered any refund on the cost of our room, for the inconvenience of limited facilities on offer (or even free breakfast). I assume that was why we were not given advance warning - which in my experience as a Tour Operator, was extremely bad for business

Er waren werken ,materiaal in de traphalIk bijna gevallen ,ik ben wakker geworden door een boormachine en dan noch op een feestdag , ik heb al 20 maal overnacht in een ibis hotel en altijd zeer goed MAAR deze keer niet !! Ik wil een compensatie

Het is een proper hotel met een goede ligging.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Zeker aan de receptie! Propere kamers en de ligging is heel centraal!

Cons:

De werken die om 7h s’ochtends beginnen. Boren, schijven , kloppen enz.
De badkamer is veel te klein

Disappointed by lack of care for guests while construction work in progress
Pros:

Comfortable single beds (as requested) but no room between them; excellent shower and room itself was clean, although smaller than expected and really only suitable for one person
Good location for sightseeing

Cons:

Not forewarned that extensive building work was underway. Both lifts were used by the construction workers who dropped white plaster and, on our last day, an oily substance on the floors of both lifts. The entrance to the hotel and reception area carpet were also marked with white plaster

Absoluut minimum waar een regelmatige ibis gast terecht ontgoocheld mag zijn

Ibis blijft treffelijke kamers aanbieden aan redelijke prijzen

Cons:

In volle verbouwing wandelen door afgetimmerde gangen wordt best op voorhand meegedeeld eerder dan via mail na boeking.
Het typische ontbijt moest dit keer de verse sinaasappels met sapcentrifuge wel missen. Wat zulks met verbouwingen te maken heeft ontgaat mij…..
