Har varit pä detta hotell under många år. Inte samma som tidigare,förmodligen har de gamla som arbetat där gått i pension. Inta samma bemötande med de yngre.

Cons:

Fruktansvärd doft från badrumsavloppet,borde göra en avloppsspolning. Avloppet kluckade hela tiden. Vi sa till de unga i receptionen,varav en förstod vad det handlade om. Nu väljer vi ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Pros:

The hotel staff were so kind and helpful truly couldn’t do enough for you and the Location was amazing we could walk to everything we wanted to do

We spent 2 nights and able to visit the attractions by walking.
Pros:

It is located very near to Station from Airport and walking distance to attractions in Copenhagen. This saves time and cost of transport when visiting the city.

Cons:

The room is not too big.

Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist die Unterkunft ungeeignet

Ich habe durch Zufall einen älteren Herrn der auf dem Rollstuhl angewiesen ist beobachtet und geholfen die 3 oder 4 Stufen zum Eingang hochgeholfen. Wo war in diesem Zeitpunkt das Personal? Vom Haus aus war keiner da der den armen Mann zu helfen. ( ES wurde von der Rezeption beobachtet wie wir 4 Personen den Mann zu helfen, aber kein Personal) Schade!!! Warum gibt es bei so teures Hotel keine Rampe? Man hätte nur ein Brett besorgen können .Oder so etwas ähnliches. Schade ! Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist das Hotel nicht Behindert Gerecht!

Great hotel and location, but very noisy!!
Pros:

Great location and the staff were amazing….very friendly and helpful. We also loved the ‘wine hour’ between 5pm and 6pm!!

Cons:

Very noisy - it is very central and that’s to be expected. But the thrash metal coming from the bar over the road was something else!!

Room was comfortable, but lacking plug sockets.

Bagni molto piccoli il lavandino sostituito con un lavamani (non ci si poteva neanche lavare il viso) in stanza mouquet. Non garantiscono gli accessori (macchina x il caffè) che dichiarano essere disponibili in stanza
