Pros:

This was our fourth stay at the hotel. Every stay has been truly memorable. We have always received such a warm welcome. The hotel’s beautiful design and excellent location are the reasons we never consider staying anywhere else.

Cons:

During our stay, the elevator broke down twice, so we had to use the stairs. Fortunately, both issues were resolved fairly quickly.

Very comfortable and quiet with perfect location.
Pros:

Location is perfect, close to the train station and Tivoli.
Special treat was the decor of the room, in 50s, almost funkis style!

Cons:

Location. Nice coffee machine in lobby. Nightly wine hour. Very friendly staff. Lovely decor and design.

Cons:

Not very functional bathrooms. Sink was too small leaving you wet even trying to wash hands or your face. The shower was really small and the curtain sticks to you as you shower. The bathroom and light fixtures were not clean, nor were the door handles. Could use a general dusting of the room. My pillow cases had stains. For a 4 star hotel, better cleanliness is expected.
