Lovely hotel in an excellent, central location.
Pros:

Great location near rail station, Tivoli and city centre sights. Clean comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Free wine between 1700 and 18.00. Excellent breakfast.

It was very easy for us to walk all the highlighted places. Very close to central station. Loads of food places near by.

Cons:

It’s not the hotel mistake. Just be careful when walking in the Stroget market area. Someone stole my wallet from my shoulder bag.

I really enjoyed it and would stay there again.
Pros:

Conveniently located, comfortable and quiet room. Room was ready before official check-in time and they let me have it in the morning, which was wonderful after a very long overnight flight.

No fridge in the room.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

This was already our fourth stay at Hotel Alexandra, which says it all about how much we enjoy staying here. Every room is unique and tastefully decorated, with plenty of information about Danish design throughout the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Copenhagen, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. We look forward to coming back again!

Cons:

We genuinely love everything about Hotel Alexandra. The only thing we would change is the mattresses, which are a bit too soft for our taste. But that’s really a minor complaint.

Ideal and close to public transport.
Pros:

Friendly staff and attractive furniture in the lounge area. Excellent double glazing which is essential as the main road traffic is loud. However with the windows shut it was fine.

Cons:

Room a bit small. Would have liked a fridge in the room and better kettle and cup layout.
