Hotel exceptionnel !
Pros:

Tout ! Hotel exceptionnel. La déco des années 1950s, le personnel incroyable très accueillant, la chambre tellement comfortable et belle et emplacement très proche de la gare et des bonnes adresses.

Charmig hotell
Pros:

Nice decorated place, feels like home, Good location. I had a nice view out of my room. Make up mirror and possibility to make tea and coffee in the room were appreciated 🥰 I had real plants in my room, some of those that helps to keep the air fresh , a lovely domestic touch to my stay.
The stuff was friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

One of the plants in my room was too old and dry to be kept. Poor sight and spoiler of the decor.

Super Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Rathaus ist hervorragend – mit mehreren Metrostationen sowie vielen Shops und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Das Wi-Fi funktionierte einwandfrei, das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und das Bett bequem. Im Zimmer konnte man sich selbst Kaffee zubereiten, und bei spätem Flug war eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Badezimmer, zu wünschen übrig und ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Nach dem Aufräumen hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, dass gründlich gereinigt oder gesaugt wurde. Zudem verschoben sich Bett und Matratze beim Schlafen ständig. Der Duschvorhang im Bad wirkt für ein Viersternehotel eher unpassend. Auch der Fernseher bot kaum Nutzungsmöglichkeiten, da lediglich zwei dänische Sender funktionierten.

Good location, but very disappointing standards and unacceptable payment attempts.

The location is very good and central. The reception staff were polite and friendly during my stay.

Cons:

I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel I must.

The lift in a five-storey building was not working for the entire three-day stay. Guests were placed on higher floors and had to use steep stairs repeatedly, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be four stars.

The room was not serviced during my stay – even the bin was not emptied once in three days.

The facilities do not match a four-star standard. There was no mini fridge in the room and overall the condition felt below expectation for the price paid.

Most concerning, I paid in full at check-in, yet after I had already left the country I received two further payment attempts for the same amount and the same stay. This is extremely worrying.

Väldigt dyr frukost med tanke på det lilla man fick på tallriken och det är inte ens en frukostbuffé, bara en liten frukosttallrik.. önskar personalen kunde informerat en innan. rummen var lite utdaterad också med tanke på priset.

Pros:

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße sehr ruhig. Freundliches Personal und praktische Lage in Bahnhofsnähe.

Cons:

Meine Kaffeemaschine war wohl leider zu verkalkt zum Kaffeekochen aber damit kann man wohl leben.
