Adequate for our needs which was an affordable price with breakfast & good location
Pros:

Location and the breakfast

Cons:

The triple room was too cramped, without even a desk or chair. Our other room
(double) was okay. Also one of our rooms was not refreshed.

Staff was ok, hotel was ok
Pros:

It was very close to the centre of Amsterdam. Five minute walk towards the main area.

Cons:

They forgot to get us new towels one time in four nights. The staff only speaks English while we’re in the Netherlands and we’re Belgians… Even if we talked back in Dutch to the Dutch staff, they kept talking back in English…

Room full of bugs :(
Pros:

Next to Central station and close to Dam Square

Cons:

There were bugs in the room. We counted 7 . I hope we don’t bring them back to our house in our luggages.

Not an ibis experience!?
Pros:

Location, view, breakfast (even too much crowded).

Cons:

Rooms: family rooms are too close to railway (not shown in the pictures) window is near to trains.
there is no other option to change for family rooms. They gave option as a solution, very very small room with triple bad. It was not well clean. And only option for changing.
Stay: In the midnight, alarm was ringing because wrongly charged!!?

Praktisch prima verblijf dichtbij het station

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En we konden eerder in onze kamer terecht.

Het was erg warm op de kamer (22°) en de temperatuur wilde niet dalen.
