Fantastic location and good service

Loved Amsterdam.
Pros:

Location to everything. Train,bus, and tram station. Lover's boat cruises and Restaurants. Great breakfast. Great staff. Great view from our room.

Hotel very clean

Unfortunately, along with other European cities , immigration is a problem and the hotel is right next to main city train station ..... so there are people sleeping on window sills of station or in locked doorways at night ..... or begging during day

Great stay - value for money and fantastic location!
Pros:

Although it was small, our room was clean, had a great view of the canal and very comfortable beds! The location was fantastic and we were surprised at how quiet it was. Breakfast was well worth the money - it was a great selection of quality food, and the bar was also good. Staff were polite and very helpful with any queries we had and useful to have a locker service to leave your bags after check out. Location could not have been any more convenient!

Cons:

I have nothing to critisise! The only thing that was a bit annoying was after we'd checked out and had breakfast, we had to get a key from reception to access the toilets, but I guess they would have a lot of unwanted visitors otherwise given how close to central station it is....
