Pros:

Well they charged me $170 for a dirty towels and they kicked me out because the sink fell in the bathroom when my lady washed her hands and they kept $100 deposit for that so I'm very unsatisfied with that one

Cons:

And then the cleaning lady cusses me because my towels was a little dirty cuz they fell in the floor

Dirty, Broken, and not fixed.

Cons:

Bedsheets had cigarette burns and the bathroom ceiling was leaking and floor soaking wet. Room was extremely hot as AC was left off.

Try to upcharge for a new room.

Probably would not book here again.
Pros:

Location was fine. Rooms got surprisingly pretty cold.

Cons:

One night I was asked to move my car and no big deal but then the following asked to move rooms which I found highly inconvenient especially because I had to lug all my things up and down the stairs and guy at the front desk was rude about it. Also seems like they could’ve known I would’ve had to move rooms because I had to move my car for “maintenance” the same reason I had to move rooms.

Muy buen Hotel con pileta y muchos servicios
Pros:

La habitacion de primer nivel con todos los servicios , la pileta excelente , el Gym perfecto el desayuno bastante bueno ,maquinas de lavado en el piso 3 , maquinas de venta ,buen parking , ideal para ir al centro pues no es tan lejos en auto.

4 MAJOR COMPLAINTS - Rude desk clerk told me to leave and come back in 30 minutes due to computer issues. Hidden fees after my emails asking what "incidentals" covered. FILTHY hairdryer. Dirty shower walls. Significant BLACK MOLD in bathroom. PERTINENT CONCERNS: ragged, stained sheets; bedspreads with burn holes; smoke alarm hanging by wires in a suspended, wall-mounted cage. I have photos/video.

Not everyone can afford luxury and cheaper is the way to go especially if during trials testing your family and faith. F
Pros:

Convenience of location and amenities. Staff was really nice, the room was satisfactory for the price. No trouble or aggravation from locals or other guests. It was much quieter than expected.

The board of health needs to inspect this location and it needs to be bug bombed.

Location right off the highway. Bed in the second room actually comfortable.

Cons:

When I first checked into the room it smelled like urine and very musty. As I didn't have a lot of time I turned on the AC to see if it would help. I went to an event and came back 3 hours later. Room still a bit musty but not as bad and as I was getting ready to brush my teeth a roach crawled up the side of the sink. I called the desk and asked for another room. He said they were full but I could bring I can get some bug spray. As the clerk was bringing it up I thought to myself why do I want to stay in the room that smells like urine and has roaches and smells like bug spray? So I told him I'm just leaving I want a refund. As I gathered my bags and walk down the steps the clerk was waiting for me and offered a Jacuzzi room for $10 more. We went in the room (205) and it wasn't as musty and I checked under the sink and found no roaches. The only major thing I found was hair and soap on the tub drain which wasn't mine. About 3:30 a.m. I felt something crawl across my face and sure enough it was a roach running across the bed up the wall. This one was braver and let me take a couple pictures of it. I got my things again and decided to leave the hotel. The night clerk said I'll have to talk to the general manager later in the morning to see if I can get a refund which is BS. A hotel with a roach infestation should refund your money immediately.
