Pros:

The room and staff are amazing
The breakfast is delicious and the staff in the morning are wonderful and welcoming

Cons:

The price of my room. I stay here all the time and at some point, was hoping for a deal.
The restaurant food during the evening isn't very good and to pricey
Also, why are there no microwaves in the rooms? This is a disappointment

It was an awesome stay and me and my spouse left very happy.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room I had. The staff upgraded me to a larger room for $10.00 which was nice.

Cons:

I paid for Breakfast but was hoping it was more than continental.

You could give a better rooms
Cons:

Phone would not work in the room . Elevator was extra EXTRA SLOW
Bed was not that comfortable and not enough blankets
