5 star for customer service,front desk,servers,cleaner Carmen
Pros:

My husband was impressed of how fresh the food are. The fruits were properly selected and all sweet, you seldom get that from the buffet from other hotel. Coffee and pastries are excellent. My family all enjoyed the breakfast.

None, I like all of them.

Enjoyed our stay, everyone was so friendly
Pros:

The front desk gentleman were amazing on check in as well as the ladies on checking out. All Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Room, lobby, lounge and hallways were immaculate. Will certainly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Doubletree

Perfect.
Pros:

Perfect place in Edmonton actually

Cons:

Nothing really. Good staff,
Was surprised the bar/ restaurant was closed mid day.
But walked across the street to two awesome restaurants. 1 Moroccan coffee pastry house and the other a 50’s diner

Prima voor bezoek aan WEM
Pros:

Het hotel was op korte afstand van de WEM en dichtbij andere toeristische attracties zoals Elk Island NP.
Personeel was erg vriendelijke zowel bij de receptie als in het restaurant. Ruim parkeerterrein zowel voor als achter het hotel
Ontbijt was prima maar niet beter dan bij andere hotels in Canada. Je kreeg hier alleen echt bestek en borden ipv wegwerp.
Kamers waren prima, maar niet echt Hilton waardig.
Edmonton heeft een daklozen probleem, maar gelukkig waren deze niet rondom het hotel.

With better housekeeping, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Pros:

Breakfast is good, lots of food options. location is good, around 8 mins drive to the west Edmonton mall.

Cons:

one thing is the bath room, its exhaust fan is too weak, and there's too much steam/fog in the bathroom. But some might like it, since it is weak, no noise.
