Pros:

Good size rooms. Big indoor pool and fitness area.

Cons:

The rooms and the bathrooms all had sliding doors instead of real doors. Didn't love that.

Excellent choice for West Edmonton. Great staff!
Pros:

Stayed in a small suite. Perfect for a girls weekend with sitting area fully separated from bedroom

Pros:

Clean, close to mall and various other stores

Cons:

Wish they offered ear plugs and sleeping assistance and basic toiletries for sale ex. Toothbrushes, paste, etc.

Enjoyable stay spacious and clean accommodation
Pros:

"Free" Wifi Caveat and No Hot Tub
Pros:

It was convenient as we attended the Mayfield during our stay.

Cons:

There is not "free wifi" as stated; it is subject to you joining their Hilton program. Even when I tried to do this, the website only errored out and would not submit. Also, as other reviewers have stated, there is no hot tub, which is a huge drawback for me. Double queen room was average, and a bit dated. Would not stay again.

Pros:

Dinner service was great.

Rebecca and Rose were very happy and nice to us and very talkative 😌 Really enjoyed the conversation.

Pros:

The room was decent.

Cons:

The staff. The check-in was a pain. They put a huge deposit hold on my credit card. Then they bugged me for weeks afterward, saying they couldn't process the payment on my card... which they ended up taking without any help from me. I'd never stay there again. Terrible service.
The breakfast was garbage. The hotel was full of kids, even sick ones coughing all over the place. Absolutely not worth the money...
