Ordered pancakes, they were delicious.

The room balcony was left open a little and due to this we found a few flies inside the room. My kids saw and they were u comfortable sleeping in that room. We requested to change room. The manager came and asked us to dig the trash can to find the fly inside the tissue as I told him that I caught one fly with tissue and threw it in the room bin. It was so disgusting to open all the used tissues inside the bin. The hotel management is the worst who asked us to do this gross act of digging the bin. Secondly, the next morning we left for Edmonton mall assuming that our room will be cleaned by the room service but nothing was cleaned. The toilet paper was not refilled, the soap wasn’t refilled, the coffee and whitener were not refilled, the bins were not emptied (washroom and room bins) , the towels were never replaced by the cleaned ones, overall the room was not serviced at all. Upon asking at the front desk we were told that we have to put a request if we want room service. We asked for towels and never brought them to our room. We always stay at holiday inn and best western inn hotels and we never requested for any such service. They always do it every morning by default and we were expecting the same from Ramada hotel. Our first stay at Ramada and the last stay! Very bad experience. I want the hotel to compensate for making their guest dig the trash bins and asking the guest to look for the fly. The most disgusting and inappropriate act I’ve ever experienced in my entire experience of staying at any hotel. I’m going to post this same review on Google so that everyone knows and think twice before booking their stay at Ramada! Worst hotel worst staff worst experience. Would never ever stay here and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. And yes Ramada owe us a compensation for making us do the most awful thing opening the used tissues and trash for a fly. I’m waiting for your response. Family trip got ruined totally staying at Ramada.
