Property said non-smoking but the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke in the morning.
It's the location. It is situated at the central of the town
Wifi was horrible. I was trying to search some place , it was churning only
Breakfast was really amazing. Ive been to that place more than a few times and its always really good. But the room could have smelled better than it did. But the Room was clean. And neatly put, I Loved the Soaps though and I Liked How there was alot more things to watch on the tv. There was netflix and youtube freely accessed.
The smell could of been alot more fresh. Like I personally think it was the curtains and the Dress of the Bottom of the Bed. The bedding was clean but all in all it was way nicer than the other few hotels we checked out.

During checking in, staff cant help us bring stuff and things on room since one person works on that shift. Not helpful that time.
Staff were wonderful
The room was freezing, shower was freezing, bathroom faucet barely turned on, restaurant was not great, food was ok, room was sort of clean, elevator barely fit the luggage cart.

our recent stay was absolutely terrifying. My wife and I drove five hours, excited to spend a night away together, only to face a nightmare instead.
During the night, someone tried to break into our locked hotel room. We were overwhelmed with fear and couldn't sleep at all. We repeatedly called the front desk for assistance, hoping they could check the video footage or provide some reassurance, but it felt like we were completely ignored.
What was meant to be a relaxing getaway turned into a traumatic experience that left us feeling unsafe and unsettled. We paid a significant amount for our stay, but ultimately it felt like a waste. I hope they take serious measures to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We certainly won't be returning.
