disappointing
Pros:

the room is spacious the bed is comfortable . location is perfect and the rooftop resturant is very good

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay . the most awafl stay i had ever .
lock your door with chain while staying here .
while i was showering in my room , two male hotel employees opend the room door widly without my premission . their explanation was that they had called the room and received no answer and that is hotel policy . this is insane . ive never encouterd this behvior .
i raised the issue with the reception mager FAISAL . unfotunately his response was simply that this was hotel policy and they are sorry . ive talk to the person incharge forgot the name and he says the same !!! and they didnt bother to make it up to us .
i had another problem with the pool resturant that tells clearly that there is communication problem with the defferent hotel departments . i will never recomend this hotel . the holiday is ruined .
