Pros:

The location was excellent, just off Broadway and within close walking distance to everything. The building is a very cool renovation of warehouse and office space and our room was extremely quiet, which was very much appreciated.

Location!!! Cool vibe, loved the lobby. Double room nice

Cons:

Glass window on door to our room. Had shade but it didn’t keep all the hallway light out. Also wish there were sundries available to purchase (like shower cap, razor, etc)

Nice hotel, but would have preferred a different room.
Pros:

Great location, if you want be close to Broadway, great staff, cute rooms.

Cons:

The room we got was supposed to have a city view, but it did not have a window, and there weren’t very many surfaces to put things.

I will definitely stay there again, but will bring a small fan!!
Pros:

The location was excellent! It was within walking distance from all the excitement of the city! The rooms were very clean and cool deco!

Cons:

Our room was very nice, but it was HOT. Adding to the fact it was hot to begin with the 2nd day of our stay the hotel turned off all the A/C's for preventative maintenance. Had we known there was going to be a whole day when temps were in the 90s with no A/C we probably would has chosen somewhere else to stay. The hotel knew in advance this was going to happen but never gave us warning of this when our reservations were made, we asked for fans but were told they couldn't help us.
