Localização e café excelentes!
Pros:

Muito bem localizado próximo ao centro histórico e ao lado de estação de metro. Cama confortável, toalhas de qualidade, amenities L'Occitane, banheiro novinho todo reformado. Café da manhã bem completo servido no restaurante que é super charmoso! Nosso quarto tinha varanda com vista parcial para o Museu!

Cons:

Não considero 5 estrelas, diria 4. Quarto é pequeno, não dá nem para abrir as malas. Não oferece garrafa de água como outros hoteis similares. Carpete antigo não parecia muito limpo, chaleira elétrica velha, não tem cafeteira no quarto, poderia ser melhor equipado e renovar alguns itens considerando que se vende como 5 estrelas.

Lovely experience, safe and easy city.
Pros:

Allowed to check in earlier than scheduled by 2 hours. Reception very helpful, a small amount of maintenance work was happening on our floor near the lift which could have been explained when checking in as it was right outside the lift dorr and was unexpected as the lift opened. But no real issue there. Very clean all over.

Cons:

Breakfast is inside a franchise restaurant in the foyer and is quite pricey compared to UK hotels. Hotel charges about the same price as the restaurant for all you can eat buffet (hot and cold foods), but maybe could be a cheaper price as its done through the hotel. My advise would be to just pay at the restaurant and you can choose more variations of food.

The receptionist was rude and unfriendly :(. You are there to have vacation and rest but cleaning in the morning was so loud :((

Pros:

Superb location, nice room, but not the cleanest

Cons:

Room was very cold and no matter how we adjusted the heating , wouldn't warm up , the corridor outside our room was warmer, workmen drilling from 9am on our last day was terrible, if we'd have known that there'd be dust sheets along our corridor and work lights everywhere I would have booked elsewhere.
