Viežbučio personalas paslaugus ir l geras
Nepatiko tai kad viežbutis neturi savo privačios aikštelės už kurią nebūtų taikomas automobilio parkavimo mokestis ( ar taikomas nedidelis mokestis)siunčia parkuoti automobilį į mieste esančią parkavimo aikštelę už kurią parai tenka sumokėti apie 40 eurų, automobilį priparkuoja aikštelės darbuotojai ( greituoju būdu turi pasiimti daiktus iš auto) jeigu būtume žinoję, prieš viežbučio rezervaciją kad tai bus brangu ir sudetinga su automobilio parkavimu būtume pasirinkę kitą viežbutį. 1 para parkavimo auto kainavo apie pusę viešbučio paros kainos. Atsiliepimas-tai tik mano nuomonė, viešnagė mums buvo per brangi ir sudėtinga.
Taip pat pirmą kartą teko susidurti kad apmokejus per programėlę, viežbutyje teko vėl sumokėti ( taikoma tarsi dviguba rezervacija ar mokėjimas), pinigai išaldomi (rezervuojami) po to grąžino kai išsiregistravome iš viežbučio.

Hotel je na skvělém místě, přímo na Václavském náměstí, takže skvělý výchozí bod.
Pokoje jsou čisté, vybavené kosmetikou Loccitane, klimatizované.
Co hodnotím nejvíce pozitivně je personál.Jak na recepci, tak hlavně v restauraci. To se opravdu málo kde vidí. Samý úsměv, dobrá nálada a snaha udělat, co vám na očích vidí.
Snídaně s velkým sortimentem, kde si vybere opravdu každý.
Pozitivně hodnotím také check out ve 12:00.
Personál byl skvělí. Nabízeli různé služby v rámci ubytování, voda na večerní cestování po Praze, zdarma prodloužení Check-outu následný den. Snídaně byly taky uspokojivé. Recepční se omlouval za možný zvýšený hluk - rekonstrukce náměstí. Hluk nebyl žádný - kvalitní odhlučnění pokojů.
Cena byla vyšší v poměru s okolím.

Sehr lautes und hellhöriges Zimmer. Zimmer und Frühstück waren für mich eher enttäuschend.
