Excellent hotel with exceptional service and a perfect location!
We had to cut our stay short and return to Israel earlier than expected due to the war. The staff at Jalta Hotel showed so much empathy and understanding of our situation. They immediately helped us with a refund for the days we canceled and didn't charge us for the remaining two days – which we highly appreciate!
Beyond the amazing and humane service, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It sits right on the main street, so we didn't need to use public transport at all and everything was within walking distance. The price is very fair considering the high quality of the hotel and its unbeatable location. It's also worth mentioning that the entire staff is extremely polite, helpful, and speaks excellent English. Highly recommended!

Czysty, bardzo komfortowy pokój. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie i idealna lokalizacja.
W hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym uważam za absolutny standard, żeby była darmowa butelka wody w pokoju, a tu brak. Warto byłoby podawać, że doba parkingu kosztuje 40€ (ja rezerwując nie znalazłem tej kwoty, choć spodziewałem się sporej opłaty).

Hotel leží na Václavském náměstí, které je teď rozkopané.Když jsme se recepčního ptaly,kde jsou výtahy ,nebo jezdící schody do metra ,řekl : " Já nevím.Já sockou nejezdím ".Obsluhující číšník u snídaně na nás úporně mluvil anglicky , i když jsme odpovídaly česky.Pokoj nic moc. V Praze nocuji často ,ale tady jsem nocovala snad naposledy.
