Mina was the staff who help us to check in, she was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Our booking included breakfast, it was a buffet breakfast which out of our expectations.

Cons:

If the room has a kettle will be excellent.

Warm and friendly staffs, quiet and relaxing room supposed to be but in the middle of the night, you can hear footstep

Its awesome, friendly staff and approachable , the room is clean and the wifi is great but I think the hall way should be cleaned up because that'd what guest will see right away.

Very, very disappointed
Pros:

I wouldn't stay there again; we wanted to switch hotels, but they wouldn't refund my money for the remaining 4 days of our stay.

Cons:

There was no pool or hot tub, and the rooms weren't cleaned for three days. No microwave was available in the room. I had to constantly ask for coffee because they didn't clean the rooms. Most hotels provide bottled water in the room. We could constantly hear the kids in the next room.
