Udvendigt er hotellet meget flot og ligger en kilometer væk fra busstoppestedet.

Vi havde værelse 10. Og håndvasken var utæt forneden så der var hele tiden vådt ude på badeværelset. Toilettet virkede ikke meste af tiden, og døren ud til badeværelset larmede så meget at man ikke kunne være bekendt at gå på toilettet om morgen/aften.

I vores hoveddør var der hul i, så man kunne høre alt hvad der foregik udenfor + det blev koldt om natten.

Medarbejderne er flinke og der var også morgenmad inkluderet hvilken var ok, men ikke noget at skrive hjem om.

Vil nok ikke komme igen hvis det er samme oplevelse jeg vil få, men ser man bort fra det var det billigt og man kunne sove nogenlunde.

Unsafe, dirty, below standard. The police should have been called in but I had no time. This property should be rated below zero. Owner is negligent. And manager was racial, abusive, and running around without shirt, and not at reception but lounging in dinning area.

On ne recommande pas cet établissement. Tout est plus beau sur leur site que dans la realité. La proprete des lieux et des infrastructures laissent à désirer.

Llegamos sobre las 20:00 hora local, ponía que estaba a 10 minutos del centro, es mentira mínimo 20 y por camino de montaña, la habitación parecía una cueva, mucha suciedad, el aíre acondicionado encima de la cabeza y sería de los primeros en fabricarse, hacia mucho ruido, la puerta del baño no se podía abrir entera porque chocaba con el lavado , el lavabo tenía mucha suciedad y cal, el bate igual de sucio , llevaría muchísimo dias o semanas sin limpiar el plato de ducha tenía suciedad que ni rascando se quitaba , no tenía cortinilla y si te duchas la habitación se inunda de agua, después el desayuno nefasto no tenía casi nada y lo poco que tenía malo y en muy malas condiciones, una pareja se fue dos dias antes de su salida y nosotros tuvimos que hacer lo mismo, llamamos a hoteles.com y solicitamos la devolución y que solo se cobraran una noche y no nos dieron solución ninguna, yo soy alérgico a los acaros(polvo) y me dio hasta una crisis de lo sucio que estaba. En España ese hotel estaría cerrado y no tiene la categoría ni de pensión ni hostal. Ya no reservo más con hoteles.com. Encima el agua no era potable según el chico de la recepción

A pousada é simples mas oferece condições agradáveis e com custo benefício justos considerando os preços de Santorini. Acesso ao centro é muito bom, 600m andando.

Ponto de melhoria: instalações do banheiro. Box não possui cortina, quando toma banho molha tudo. Na pia quase não sai água fria.

Pas propre et pas honnête le déconseille fortement cela m’as gâché mon voyage

L'état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer, porte fenêtre également, des travaux d'embellissement et de rénovation tel que la douche, lavabo, toilette, seraient nécessaire et beaucoup plus accueillant. Au niveau de la literie correcte. Petit déjeuner moyen.

The breakfast at this hotel is the worst I had:

1) it wasn't enough for all guests so when we came to the breakfast area, almost nothing as left for us;

2) overall they offer very little choice: sausages, yogurt, eggs, and that's more or less it.

We came with our friends and we had 2 separate rooms for 2 pairs of people. In our room the floor wasn't clean, and in our friends' room the linen was stained. They asked to change it but no one did.

Apart from that, the listing says this hotel offers a shuttle service. I don't know if that's me but I thought it was included in the price, well it's not. Even to get a paid one I had to call them but the person was in Athens at a business meeting or something and couldn't talk, so we took a bus from the airport in Santorini.

The receptionist is helpful but it doesn't make up for the rest of the experience.

Quando cheguei o check in estava fechado. Liguei várias vezes e não atenderam. O meu quarto tinha sido atribuído a outra pessoa. Tive de ficar em quarto de camas separadas. Limpavam o lixo todos os dias mas não trocaram as toalhas nem colocaram mais shampoo e assim. Não fazem as camas!

L’accueil est très léger. Pas d’informations sur les horaires du petit-déjeuner, de la piscine (qui très très petite 5x3m). L’état de la chambre est pas terrible, pas de rideau de douche et le WC est collé au bac à douche. L’insonorisation est inexistante.

Die Dusche ist schmutzig, der Boden hat schwarze Spuren (evl.so abgenutzt), die Armaturen sind sehr schlecht, alt und verkalkt. Die Bettlaken hatten schwarze Spuren , man musste Sie auswechseln. Das Frühstück ist unappetitlich.
Ich möchte sofort raus aus dem Zimmer und Hotel, als ich das alles gesehen hatte. Für ältere und behinderte Menschen nicht geeignet.

HORRIBLE es una palabra generosa, este hotel parece tercer mundista, nada que ver con las fotos que salen en la pagina, el baño es una autentica marranada, el plato de ducha está sucio no...sucisimo, huele que apesta y no lo han limpiado desde hace siglos, la cama...que decir de la cama, tenemos contracturas de la almohada, si se puede llamar almohada y el colchon se marcan todos los muelles en el cuerpo. Las instalaciones, si se pueden llamar asi...una autentica vergüenza, el desayuno parece que se estan riendo de ti...las jarras vacias, croissan de bolsa partidos por la mitas y pan de molde que puede llevar semanas. No nos hicieron la cama, ni ninguna limpieza de la habitacion, las toallas las quitan del tendedero directamente y te las ponen encima de la cama sin doblar... no se que mas decir.
Me he ido de este hotel una noche antes porque era horroroso, solo pido que hotels.com quite ese hotel de su pagina, es indecente...seguramente que no pasa ni una inspeccion. Me siento engañada por parte de hotels.com puesto que no me dieron opcion a ningun cambio, abonandome la diferencia, creo que una empresa como esta se deberia hacer cargo. No es una queja porque si...es una autentica VERGÜENZA

The hotel was a complete disappointment! We did not expect a luxury hotel, but at least a decently cleaned room that has no traces of previous guests.

We arrive at the hotel and receive no courteous welcome. During the trip we didn’t receive any further service either.
We were not shown the room and had to go up and down all the stairs (tip is to leave the bags at the entrance).
The bedroom: When we open the door, a sewage stench (smell ) surrounds the room. It hardly looks tidy(cleaned) except for a made bed. We look around, the floor is dirty and there is an old book there, the walls are dirty and there are ants crawling on them?, also the table where you can put things are crawling with ants. Generally not fresh! The bed is the opposite of comfortable and the soundproofing is non-existent. Stains and hair in the bed. There isn't really room to unpack and where you put things there are crawlers.
The bathroom:
Very small and dirty in all corners and edges. There is a pair of used panties on the floor.!!!! The shower is moldy and there is no hot water.
Balcony: it was nice and spacious.
Breakfast: same breakfast every day, dry, boring and reused.
General: nice hotel from the outside and okay close to Fira, very steep slopes.

After the stay, we have frozen our clothes to ensure that no animals came with them. Scabies or bedbugs because it itched when we got home.

Break fast horrible and bathroom tate horrible.

If you are looking for a safe place to sleep while in Fira (with aircon!) then this is the place. It is small, breakfast is also small, the pool is tiny, but it boasts great views of Fira and is in walking distance of Fira city centre without being in the midst of all the noise.
The mattress was very firm, but clean. Overall, the room was quite clean. The pool was not.

Sunny Days is a short walk away from the Fira bus station, so it is very easy to get around. We took buses to Perivolos, Oia, Akrotiri, and the airport with no issues.

We stayed here for a romantic getaway and I would recommend it for those that wish for quiet in a busy town and do not mind walking a little bit for the livelier areas.

the apartment complex was beautiful and the pool was great to use. breakfast was another great addition to the apartment as rooms don’t have kitchen facilities (apart from a fridge/freezer). great distance from Fira and air con worked well. room was very basic but did the job.

Nothing sunny about this hotel. I'm not somebody who expects luxury wherever I stay but hygiene is a basic necessity and unfortunately this place lacked it completely.

- Musty smelling bedroom and sewage smelling bathroom.
- Dirty brown bathroom floor. Cleaning staff do such a poor job of room service - all they do is dry the bathroom floor and exchange the bath mat. No sign of fresh towels or refill of toiletries and they don't make the bed either.
-Breakfast menu is appaling with cheese and bacon slices and eggs being recycled every day.
-Rooms are not noise proof.
-Rusty edges and door handles all over the hotel
-Overall, unpleasant at first sight

Yes, Santorini is an expensive destination - but it doesn't cost much to buy a bottle of dettol and keep the place clean!

(The only positive is the location - 10 minutes walk to centre of Fira)

With a strong emphasis - DO NOT STAY HERE!

I enjoyed my stay here. It is about a 15 minute walk from the town with an ocean view. I had my own private terrace that looked out onto the ocean, which was the highlight of my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful and allowed me to extend my stay easily.
