It is a lovely hotel directly across the street from the beach with a beautiful view!
Pros:

The hotel is in a wonderful location just across the street from the gorgeous Waikiki Beach. We had a front row seat from our balcony to the beautiful view. It was a very easy walk to all of the happenings, shops, and restaurants along the beach.

Cons:

It took a long time to get our car from the valet. We did realize after the first time we got the car that they offer a texting service to have it ready for you which made it much easier from then on out. We just wish we had been informed when dropping it off initially or by the front desk at registration.

Location, the cleaning staff was nice.

Cons:

The elevator is so slow, its ridiculous. Some of the other guests were not LGBT+ friendly and it made us feel uncomfortable, so maybe put signs up that the hotel is LGBT+ friendly to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.

Bit outdated also . Definitely needs a good update.

Staff Was friendly.

Cons:

On my 60th Birthday they Charged me $523.56 due to candle setting there Vap detector off. I filled out a claimant Statement and management said no exceptions. I have spoken to my credit card and currently disputing it.

No tiene un parking para los carros y cobran 60 dólares diarios por el servicio de parking, las habitaciones no tienen microondas y además el frío bar no funciona bien y además había agua que caí por goteo en el baño, la gente no habla más que inglés!! Ojo la cartilla que te dan al ingresar al hotel algo que no lo publican en la página web

We like the location on this hotel and the easy access to the beach
Pros:

Location and the beach rental equipment is walking distance

The room is very small and old. The parking is valet at the hotel and doesn’t have a lot of room to where you can self park
