Pros:

Вид из окна был потрясающим ! Мы жили на 25 этаже с видом на гору Diamond Head. Восход солнца по утрам с балкона. За вкусные завтраки на террасе отеля на 21 этаже с видом на океан отдельное спасибо. 5 скоростных лифтов быстро доставляют на нужный этаж Рядом зоопарк и аквариум ,нужно пройтись 10 минут вдоль пляжа.

Cons:

Пора бы заменить матрасы.

We won’t be returning.
Pros:

Breakfast is over priced. Our room #1534 bathroom floor was all wet from obvious leak, that has been going on for a while. I have pictures. We have stayed at that property since it was Holiday Inn, then Aston Waikīkī Beach. While I can appreciate the property age, there seems to be little pride in keeping it updated and maintained.

Cons:

See above as well as customer service was sub par. Calls to front desk and housekeeping went in answered. Front desk staff were not very friendly.

Cons:

They changed my booking room: from a junior suite to a smaller room (room 928) without any discount because my family having 4 adults!!! I really didn't like that, but no choice at the arrival!

Pros:

Right on the ocean, amazing prices for the location. The bartenders at the tiki club were amazing. So were the people at valet and the front desk. If we ever cone back it'll be here.

Cons:

I wish there were another sink in the king ocean front suites.

とても海が近く、景色もお部屋からの最高でした。どこへいくにもアクセスがよい。廊下からダイヤモンドヘッドも見れました。

Cons:

プールが小さい。またもう少し温かいお水が入っていれば嬉しいなと思いました。寒かったです。

We a great 3 night stay but cost us a $1000.

Great location and staff. Nice pool area.

It's expensive, especially for Canadians due to dollar difference.
Escalator wasn't working.
No incentive for return visitors.
