A rocky start that turned into a beautiful stay, thanks to the incredible staff &amazing hospitality
Pros:

Jack was honestly amazing! After expressing my concerns about my initial room, the manager was incredibly understanding and accommodating. We were given the chance to change rooms, and I was able to inspect the room myself before agreeing. I was so happy with the new room it completely changed our experience. (to the point where I wanted to extend but they had no rooms available) A special thank you to Jack, who was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend booking a junior suite to really make the most of your stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room I initially booked. However, when I returned and raised my concerns, Jack genuinely listened and went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciated how understanding he was and how seriously they took my feedback.

Valet parking was often crowded and it took a while to get our car. Make sure you call ahead or tell them what time you need your vehicle.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Waikiki Beach. Von unserem Beach Front Zimmer super Aussicht auf das Meer und den Waikiki Beach. Sehr schöner Pool mit Ausblick aufs Meer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Ausstattung, nur eine Sitzgelegenheit für 2 Personen, ein mickriger Schreibtisch. Zimmerservice nur alle 2 Tage ( man musste also jeden zweiten Tag die Betten selber machen!) und da gabs dann 2 Pappbecher für 2 Tage und insgesamt 2 Kaffeekapseln und 2 Teekapseln für 2 Personen.
