Pros:

Its a good hotel, in a great location. Very friendly staff and clean.

Cons:

There are no glasses or ceramic cups inrooms for a cold or hot drink. TV reception could be improved.

A mediocre hotel if you had a tight budget.
Pros:

The bed was ok and comfortable and rooms were clean. The tour concierge was lovely and was about the only one who made you feel welcome.

Cons:

Was not the best experience for our first time in Hawaii. Our first night there was a fire drill and totally ruined our stay. Rooms were on the older side and a bit outdated. Breakfast was very average; all served on paper plates and paper cutlery. If you were looking for something with a budget it would be ok but wouldn't go back.

We were disappointed
Pros:

The location to the beach was awesome

Cons:

The hotel is old, needs a good renovation. They did paint the rooms but didn’t fix chipped paint etc just painted over it. The hallways need updating. Our air conditioner was leaking onto the bathroom floor and sink no one ever came to fix it. Our room was cleaned once in 7 days and when it was they didn’t have clean towels till 9pm. They took the used ones.

No limpian las habitaciones a diario, no ponen toallas para todos y cuando las pedimos tardaron horas en traerlas. Ascensores insuficientes para tanta gente. Parking carísimo.

Pros:

Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve a Twin Fin Hotellel, minden szempontból kellemes élmény volt az itt töltött idő. A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, ennél jobb helyet nehéz lett volna választani. Közvetlenül a tengerpart közelében található, így bármikor könnyedén lesétálhattunk a strandra, és a környéken rengeteg étterem, kávézó, üzlet és látnivaló is gyalogosan elérhető volt.
A szoba tiszta, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt, a személyzet pedig végig kedves, segítőkész és barátságos volt. A szálloda hangulata nagyon kellemes, minden adott volt a pihenéshez és a kikapcsolódáshoz. Összességében remek választásnak bizonyult a családi nyaraláshoz, bátran ajánljuk mindenkinek, aki jó elhelyezkedésű, kényelmes és magas színvonalú szállást keres.

Aside from the hiccups, the view is gorgeous and the location is as perfect!
Pros:

The location and the view was beautiful. We also like the pool.

Cons:

The AC was not working well, it also may be dirty. While in our room, we felt sick. Once we left our room, we were fine.

The bed may have been broken, it was crooked. And if you sat at the edge the bed would tilt.

The pool ran out of towels both times we went down. We had to ask front desk for them.

The elevators was a trip! It felt like only elevator D was working.

We booked through Booking.com and it said breakfast came with…was told by staff breakfast was not included and they could add us for $55. Yikes!
