Très propre, bien équipé, bien placé et personnel très sympa
Pros:

Appartement plutôt classe, je ne m’attendais pas à ce niveau de confort!
Et super bien placé, tout peut se faire à pied.
Le personnel d’accueil et du petit déjeuner très sympa, et arrangeante !

Pros:

La gentillesse de la personne du petit déjeuner

Cons:

accès exiguës, les marches de l’entrée avec nos grosses valises, le mot luxerous Appartment qui ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. Photos qui font rêver avec son rooftop et ses chambres. On croit arriver dans un lieu moderne dépouillé, et on se retrouve dans un lieu n’ayant rien à voir avec les photos et le nom. Un poil sur la cuvette des wc et un cheveu sur le sol de la salle de bains achèvent le tableau. Très déçues avec mes amis pour notre dernière nuit à Athènes…

Right where you need to be in Athens!!
Pros:

The location was exceptional and the facilities were brilliant. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. A particularly shout out to Zenia who looked after us when we arrived and as we left. She is a an absolute credit to the business and was so warm and helpful to us during our stay.

Cons:

The room wasn’t massive (but it was ok for us - 2 friends sharing a twin room). Not a major issue but there wasn’t much room for (or to unpack) our cases (we were doing a couple of locations so didn’t just have a backpack/small case). Apart from that all was good.

It was a great stay and I will highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We stayed in a great room with comfortable beds, space to sit, chat and relax. It had a mini kitchen with everything you can think of from plates and silverware to wine glasses, stove, microwave and coffeemachine. The bathroom had washer and dryer, very clean. It had soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a toilet paper with a rose aroma!
The breakfast was tasty with many options to choose from and served in a beautiful lounge with original tables and decor.

Ce v-a plăcut în legătură cu proprietatea?
Ne-a plăcut absolut totul! Personalul a fost extraordinar – toate doamnele sunt foarte amabile, calde și atente la detalii. Ne-au făcut să ne simțim foarte bineveniți și ne-au făcut vacanța mai frumoasă prin felul lor de a fi. De asemenea, micul dejun a fost delicios în fiecare zi, iar locația și curățenia au fost excelente.

Nu avem nimic de reproșat, totul a fost perfect.

A perfectly located gem, very helpful staff.
Pros:

Perfectly located in Metrooleos street, right next to ermou street and 2 minutes from Sintagma square. Ermou is the main shopping street, full of shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, atms etc anything you want. It is also in a walking distance from Benaki museum, Zapeio and many other sights and well conected with metro and a bunch of taxis.

Cons:

The elevators is rather small, 2 people at a time which might be a little inconvenient for big groups but nothing major really.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement, très proche de tous les sites touristiques. Le studio est confortable, bien agencé. Bon petit déjeuner, très complet et varié. Personnel très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du logement.

Cons:

Le seul reproche que l'on peut faire c'est la cage d'escalier qui fait caisse de résonance, lorsque certains clients manquent un peu de discrétion tard le soir mais sur les trois nuits où nous sommes restés, c'est arrivé seulement une fois.

Accueil veritablement très chaleureux. Flexibilité. Chambres spacieuses mais surtout fonctionnelles. Proche de l'Acropole, dans un quartier très dynamique et en mouvement. Parfaitement desservi pour se diriger vers l'aéroport (à environ 45 min de celui ci en bus). Climatisation. Petit déjeuner varié. Le Personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute des besoins. Nous avons donc bien apprécié.
