​desidero esprimere il mio più sincero apprezzamento per il soggiorno presso la vostra struttura. In particolare, vorrei lodare il receptionist che ci ha accolti venerdì 10 aprile alle ore 11:30 (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome): la sua gentilezza, cordialità ed empatia sono state un eccellente biglietto da visita. Grazie alle sue preziose indicazioni, abbiamo raggiunto il centro di Matera con una piacevole passeggiata e pranzato in un ottimo ristorante dove abbiamo degustato un eccellente pignatta, piatto tipico di Matera.

​L'hotel si è distinto per una pulizia impeccabile e per l'attenzione ai dettagli, come il kit per le tisane e l'acqua gratuita in camera. Nota di merito anche per la colazione, di altissimo livello e molto abbondante. Una struttura davvero al top che consiglierò vivamente.

Pros:

El Hotel es perfecto luego de caminar entre los sassi, necesitas poca subida es muy cómodo, desayuno super abundante. Limpieza e instalación excelente!! Habitación amplia 18 metros, cumplidos, muy buena la ropa de cama, el estacionamiento es adentro del hotel por 2 euros la noche, con ascensor hacia la habitación. Hablan español. Y NO ES NECESARIO ESTAR ENTRENADO PARA RECORRER LOS SASSI!!!! CUIDAD ADORABLE 😍

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are amazing at helping me find everything I need

The room is extremely modern and I love that. The staff is super helpful and amazing. I sprained my ankle and they were very attentive to helping me out. They also were helpful with finding good places to eat dinner. Their breakfast is amazing. You have to try their Cornetto

Cons:

I don’t have anything negative to say about the facility. The parking is worth the $12. They make it super simple.
