Nice room and very quiet
Pros:

Excellent room which wasn't stuffy and had opening windows. Outstanding soundproofing to the outside which meant that even given the proximity of the port it was silent in the room.

Overall good stay pre cruise definitely suited my needs and would use this hotel again
Pros:

Easy to reach on foot from the train station close to shops and eateries if required. Helpful, respective, and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Cons:

A little too far to walk to the cruise terminal but saying that the taxi fare was very reasonable

Pros:

the greeting was amazing
the room size for 4 off us was brill
the property was in a very good place close to everything

Cons:

the hallways smelt off cannabis
the sheets were dirty
the carpet in our room had blood stains we ended up putting towels over it due to have 2 children with us i didnt want them standing on it.
the food prices were very pricey for what you got.
the ladies on reception in evening basically stood there and trying to ask for us to go use the pool they were rude and just opened door and said there then shut the door to say what we had been told about the hotle I was disappointed

Exceptional family hotel!
Pros:

We stayed after a visit to Peppa pig world with our three year old for her birthday, completely unexpectedly had a birthday card, some cake and some little toys in our room gifted by Novotel, my daughter was completely over the moon. The staff were exceptional could not be more accommodating, the breakfast was fast and easy, exactly what you need with a small child! Very highly recommend for a family stay, will be recommending to family and friends, cannot thank the hotel enough. We will be staying again!
