Not likely to stay here again due to cost and the state of the rooms.
Pros:

Location and the brand new staff member who we first met when we arrived was great!

Cons:

It is dated and getting very worn in the rooms. Just enough scuffs and spilled item marks on the carpet to not make it feel clean.

Disappointed for how much it was
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly.

Cons:

I paid £145 for one night. The carpet in the room was not clean, the bathroom had watermarks, and there was a weird smell in the room.
This would have been an ok stay for £50.

Very good, would stay there again and recommend
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and professional. I was delighted to hear there was a pool, sauna and gym area available. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

A safe space to park bikes in the hotel (although I was able to bring mine up to my room it would be easier to have a safe, closed, bike storage room).

We stayed here multiple times beforehand and we like the hotel - its central location, good facilities. Sadly this time

Cons:

Sadly in our room there was hardly any internet - literally no wifi, which was really not convenient, I would suggest this gets fixed for future guests’ experience.
