It’s about time they fixed the Air Conditioning. The hotel is in need of a re fit.

Exactly what we wanted
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Location good. Staff friendly and helpfull

Cons:

The shower door too small. The bathroom floor became wet when using the shower

Okay for a cruise stop off but not much more .

Close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Not suitable for 4 I had 2 children a 17 m and 15 f had to share bed . Only 2 cups for tea . Was quite expensive but still had to pay parking .

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff and great location
Pros:

Love hotel rooms where mordant size for a family of 4

Cons:

I only thing that let the stay down was no air conditioning in the room. Which ment we have to leave the window open. This was not ideal as there was a lot of night traffic which made it even harder to sleep.

Location is good. But for its price, it is a very basic hotel.
Pros:

Location is good. It is a walkable distance or a short cab ride to the West Quay Mall. It is close to the cruise terminal. The hotel is decent, dont expect luxury.

Cons:

WiFi wasn't working, hotel dont provide bathroom slippers
