Not bad, bit average
Pros:

It did what was expected for the price paid, bit bland, sits on a lot with two other competitor hotels, close to the front and the rail station

Cons:

nothing to dislike for the price paid, although did ask reception if my friend had checked in, and the response was that she was not allowed to give information , what nonsense

Never again!
Pros:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer (das war uns bekannt), Fenster nur einen Spalt weit zu öffnen, aber eine Art Lüftung. Bei Einschalten dieser älteren Anlage bekam ich heftige Niesanfälle und juckende, gerötete Augen. Mein Mann hatte schwere Atemnot.
Wir haben das Hotel nach einer Nacht vorzeitig verlassen. An der Rezeption keine Reaktion, kein Bedauern, keine Entschuldigung. Es wurde auch kein Zimmerwechsel für die weiteren Nächte vorgeschlagen.

Overall good but some areas need
Pros:

Great location and breakfast, nice lobby area and cozy room.

Cons:

Carpets were heavily stained and the toilet was not clean (stain on the walls). One of the housekeepers was rude and clearly annoyed after we asked for our room to be cleaned which had bins overflowing and bedsheets unchanged for more than 2 days (to be fair some of the other staff made up for her negative attitude). The shower also lacked power, given the premium price paid you would expect better.

Buena situación si lo que quieres es un hotel que esté próximo a la estación de trenes y si vas a coger un crucero.

Cons:

En relación a la inexistencia de Aire Acondicionado en las habitaciones. Tan solo disponía de un ventilador de mesa que no refrescaba lo suficiente la habitación como para paliar el calor.
