Antes de hospedarse preguntar por el servicio de agua.
Cons:

Realmente tuvimos que cancelar, por que viajamos con otros familiares quienes llegaron una noches antes y tuvieron problemas, realmente íbamos a tomar un crucero y la ubicación era excelente sin embargo al llevar niños nos llamaron por que no tenían agua en el hotel y tampoco toallas, hablamos y muy amables nos aceptaron la cancelación.

Pros:

Credits to your staff Christine I hope I got her name right. She was amazingly helpful with our reservations especially on our car parking. Very professional and friendly. Addressed confidently the customers concerns.

Your establishment provided a place we needed to acclimate the time change and reach our destination
Pros:

Hotel met are needs as we were taking a cruise. So location and breakfast plus close to the restaurant TGIF was an added bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and information during our stay.

Cons:

Prior to arrival discovered that the hotel accepts pets which is a downer for me. Thankfully did not have an encounter with any dogs or such. Overall I have no real complaints.
