A clean and well-located hotel, but the unavailable airport shuttle and limited breakfast were bad
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless. The location is also very convenient, close to Miami International Airport and reasonably close to the main attractions in the area if you have a car.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the airport shuttle. The hotel advertises this service, but when I arrived I was told it was temporarily unavailable, so I had to spend around $70 on transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was also quite limited and had fewer options than I expected based on the description.

Frustrante estadía en el Holiday Inm Express Doral
Cons:

Pasé hora y media esperando el autobús del hotel en el aeropuerto de Miami; nunca me comunicaron que el servicio estaba suspendido en espera de ser reactivado por un permiso de la alcaldía; el hotel se libra de responsabilidad diciendo que no es un servicio sino un regalo para el huésped y que ellos avisaron a Booking del inconveniente con el autobús y estos nunca me avisaron. Luego me dan una habitación en el piso 4 con olor a carnicería y alfombra mojada, muy desagradable; me dieron luego una habitación en el piso 2 que olía a limpio pero se le rompió la manilla de la ducha; un desastre total

A very pleasant stay and good facilities !
Pros:

It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was also well served.

Cons:

All around good experience except when I talked with the front desk rep after breakfast. She was abrupt and not customer friendly. Kept talking in Spanish to another staff while also talking with me in English (I don’t speak Spanish and she knew it) . She needs some retraining.she ended my nice stay on a bad note.
