Clean and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean, with a nice pool. Thanks again to the person at the reception who helped me get some quarters for my laundry.

Cons:

A bit of noise in the corridors.

Excelente calidad-precio
Pros:

El complejo en el que estaba y el tamaño de la habitación. Todo era muy cómodo

Pros:

The rooms are comfy I've stayed here a few times

Cons:

I hate that without notification they charged a fee for smoking and I don't smoke the entire floor reeked of marijuana when I initially checked and was charged for smoking in the room,and I don't smoke !!!!
They also removed deposit money from a previous stay and never returned it .
Poor customer service and when you call the manager Louis he has a nasty non chalant attitude .
They need to hire better and honest people !!!!!
I will never return and if I could I would totally dispute the charge !!!!!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und in der Nacht war es still. Auch die Autos von der Straße waren nicht zu hören. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Umfang gut.

Cons:

Das Bett war zu weich. Sobald sich mein Partner bewegte, wurde ich regelrecht seekrank bei dem Auf und Ab. Nachdem die Dame vom Housekeeping um 9 Uhr bereits das Zimmer machen wollte, haben wir immer abends das "bitte nicht stören Schild" an die Tür gehängt.

Overall, good staying.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, from the staff to the facility, breakfast included was excellent, checking in and out was also a quick process.

Cons:

A little noisy early in the morning, I was at the first floor close to the lobby and some staff members were speaking in a very loud voice.

Comfortable but loud.
Pros:

Always clean and comfortable! I left some clothes behind by accident and the staff had it ready for me when I went back.

Cons:

The noise level was pretty bad, I think it was due to a basketball game. But the walls at this hotel are as thin as they come. Often hearing what’s going on in other rooms.

Pudo ser mejor por el el precio que pague,
Pros:

La atención de todas las chicas y personal de limpieza de habitaciones fue más que excelente, muy amables, serviciales, cordiales y atentas. Todas!

Cons:

El personal de atención en el counter un día específico fue grosero y poco servicial, y el personal de atención de servicio en el desayuno estaban todas como disgustadas.

Alojamiento en Miami Dade a buen precio
Pros:

Todo funcionó bastante bien, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente y el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno incluía yogur en vasito y muffins empacados individualmente, en el lobby hay una estación permanente de café.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, aunque es un aparato enorme dentro de la habitación y quita un espacio considerable junto a una de las camas. El baño tenía el lavamanos fuera del baño, en frente, se veía desde las camas, eso nos pareció un detalle poco agradable estéticamente.

Con el mismo valor hubiera tenido mejor servicio en otro hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, estaba dentro de una parte estratégica de Kendall, el personal amable.

Cons:

No arreglaron las sábanas desde el penúltimo día que estuvimos hospedados, no había suficientes mesas para la cantidad de huéspedes al momento del desayuno.
