Definitely the staff — they are extremely friendly. The front desk team is very professional and always willing to help. What I liked most about the property is the staff and the location. The location is amazing because you can walk everywhere. The mall next door is very complete and has almost everything you need. There are also great restaurants and good stores nearby

Cons:

The noise level was quite noticeable. I was placed right next to an elevator, so I could hear people coming in and out frequently. Also, in the mornings, when people are in the hallways, they tend to speak very loudly, and everything can be heard from inside the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

I did not like the showers at all. Very little water comes out, almost no water pressure. The showers definitely need to be improved, especially the water pressure. That aspect was quite disappointing.

The place was clean, but the fact that the elevator shaft is right next to the room I was in it was very uncomfortable.
