Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, comfortable bed and reasonably priced. Stayed there a few times when in Bogota and always made to feel welcome.

Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Most of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness was poor. This place is a 4 star hotel at a push and I've been generous by giving it a 7/10 rating.

Muy buen hotel pero la cacha de padel no deja descansar
Pros:

Instalaciones impecables y buena atención del personal

Cons:

La cancha de padel la abren muy temprano desde las 6 am se escucha la pelota de tenis y los jugadores gritando sus celebraciones lo que impide el descanso
