The staff, especially Tyler did EVERYTHING to try to make this as palatable as possible. They were as accommodating sa humanly possible.
I would really like a voucher for our stay. There was no internet, no lights, no hot water, no A/C, no electric at all. The hotel was not a hotel, at all. The staff was lovely. The accommodations, were not.
Location was great. Front desk staff was also great. Lobby was very nice.
Breakfast was not very good during the week but a little better on the weekend. Price was crazy expensive. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was a bottle of water left on the floor by the bed from a previous guest. The alarm went off at 2 am but we never touched it. It was very loud all night long.
Front desk was great, I needed an early check in due to having medication on me that couldn't be in the heat where we would be out that day and they were able to accommodate me and I really appreciate that.
Some of breakfast was a little overcooked, but overall it was on par with other hotels at this price point. We did have housekeeping or some other staff come in the room and wake us up at 7am, but not a big deal.
