Overall experience was good particularly the booking staff and transfer facility from the airport.
Pros:

Experience was good. I took breakfast and it was very good . However, your mineral water in the room service is not proper. Kindly used common mineral water brand. Glass bottles are very uncomforted and risky to break. One glass bottle, I observed placed in the fridge was already broken due to the freezing of water. so this brand and the type of the bottle material is completely improper.

Cons:

The too much expectation of your staff for extra money (tip) at all places of your hotel, from main gate to every where. Please instruct them that kindly they dont put too much pressurize the guests in different ways to avoid the annoying.
