ibis Faro Algarve

All good

No soap in Shower, 2 towels that couldn’t dry a. Infant, floor dirty as such towel was used to dry floor and covered on filth. Only positive was Rafael at front desk. He was professional and super Polite. This is nothing more than a Motel 6.

Ideal for my requirements

Location was perfect for our purposes to visit Faro and fly out of FAO. Hotel staff arranged taxi pick up. Included breakfast was very good. Hotel was very clean and appealing

Room was clean, bed comfortable.
Room was very small - hard to fit 2 suitcases in the room.
Breakfast was average - Typical buffet style
Below average - Had dinner at the hotel and the food wasn’t very good

The bartender was very kind making my morning coffee 😊 didn’t catch his name but I checked out sept 25, 25

Great location for easy access to the airport and car rental. Convenient for exploring the Algarve area. Outdoor pool was a bonus.

Advertised with airport shuttle but no such service available.

Convenient for airport overnight stay however lots of noise from other guests in early hours of the morning so not very restful.

Vasco was super friendly

A little far out of the main city, but lovely and cleans very friendly staff.

Loved the pool, esp when there was a heat wave!!!
Extra easy parking. Close by to drive to shopping or we did just walk to the malls several times when traffic was busy. Easy reach of airport.

This is our second year at Ibis Faro and we cannot fault it. Rooms are great, staff are friendly and helpful and facilities clean. Can’t ask for much more.

Staff was excellent!!! Professional, friendly and helpful.
The room was small. The pool area was very nice. The eating area was very nice.
All in all a good place to stay. Used Uber to get to mall, train, bus, beach and downtown Faro.Uber was very inexpensive.

Fairly basic room that was fine for a one night stop over - breakfast was ok - staff all helpful and friendly

We arrived when the flooring in the main floor was being replaced. Dust & dirt everywhere. Staff tried to be friendly and apologetic but the place was a mess. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor - no elevators so we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors.

Next time, take the financial hit and close for a day - give your staff a break!

Room was very small. Lobby was being renovated and there was dust everywhere. Restaurant was only open if you ate outside. Elevator not working when we checked in.
There was no Kleenex in room. Air conditioning did not work. Slept with the window open.

The room was so small it was ridiculous, then the toilet broke. We booked this because we were going on a trip and had to be at the airport at 4am. Only to find out the restaurant was closed. Along with the fact it was not stated the place was under renovation. So we had planned to go to bed early after dinner. Needless to say this did not happen. I will omit the staff they did what they could

The property and the staff were lovely, the only thing i could fault was that there were some building works going on inside, but these didnt affect the services or staff service. I would definetly recommend! The staff were lovely and super helpful!
