The front desk person was especially professional and saw to all our needs, which were considerable. Please pass on to her our thanks. She was working Saturday night, June 20 at 9:30pm. Also, the bed was top notch.

Cons:

2 Ice machines were out of order.
Relatively recent upgrade at the motel. All functional sound, but quality of the workmanship left room for improvement. ie, poor caulking and tile work.

I will definitely go to a different hotel. This isn’t a hotel I’d come back to.
Pros:

Amelia was extremely respectful and attentive. She was by far the best encounter I had with any employee.

Cons:

The housekeeping only being done every other day. I put my do not disturb sign up around 2pm after being away for the morning. The next day I asked what time housekeeping comes through so I could plan accordingly. I was told I missed my day and couldn’t be rescheduled for this day.
