Pros:

Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Room AC sucked. The room was extremely hot. I would set the AC to 70. It would run for a while then reset back to a much higher temp. This happened through the night and made it very difficult for us to sleep comfortably.

Make sure the chowder is hot before you eat it.
Pros:

Always a terrific view at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. Everything was clean but slightly faded and aging. The windows don't open, which was okay because the AC/air worked fine. The elevators were quick, but the floor numbers were faded from the surface of the buttons...

Cons:

Upon arrival we were given poker chips for a free clam chowder at the restaurant: It was luke warm, but we ate it anyway and were rewarded with mild food poisoning.

Loved the view
Pros:

View over the Boston downtown skyline was amazing, the ferry to downtown very easy and the airport is conveniently closeby.

Cons:

It was all good, do know that if you don’t pay extra for the harborview you are looking over the airport

The Hyatt is a very convenient airport hotel!
Pros:

Location was perfect with 24hr shuttle service! Also discovered water taxis that dock nearby giving multiple transportation options! We walked after returning our rental car…would be great to add signage directing walkers to walkway fronting harbor!

Pros:

It’s a good location close to the airport however don’t believe the 24 hour van that’s touted as convenient as it takes 25 minutes for the van to pick you up at 11 PM when it’s only a 5 to 7 minute van ride away and there’s very little traffic at that time. Also, the actual hotel rooms themselves are dirty and have items falling off the wall and it’s in disrepair. You should expect more from a Hyatt. I would stay anywhere else especially for the price tag. This reminded me of Quality Inn and should be rated as two stars at the most.
