Comfortable and close to the airport. The bar and restaurant are decent.

Cons:

It is far away from other stuff in Boston. No easy access to other restaurants and sites. Not walkable.

Good location for airport, but overpriced
Pros:

Location was useful for the airport for early morning flight. Beyond that the hotel was overpriced with beds that were far too soft and food that had a grossly inflated price.

Great location for an overnight or if you're leaving on an extremely early flight (which we were). Easy check-in, easy coordination for the shuttle, great view of Boston.

Quick stay, great experience

Horrible check-in attitude/experience
Pros:

Get ready to spend 30-40 min checking in if you have to check in with Gladys and are a business traveler.

Beyond a miserable attitude and no smile, she couldn’t understand that my client was paying for my stay and needed to use her card. I didn’t have my client’s physical card on me for obvious reasons.

She me and my client jump through probably a dozen hoops before waiving the need for a physical card, which was the whole point of me doing all of the following: calling my client after hours in order to talk to her, having her create an account and then having to pivot to me creating a Hyatt account under my business email, downloading the app, signing in there, trying to add the reservation since it wasn’t showing up automatically, etc.

I had to return to talk to her coworker Nikki who actually was friendly and gave me everything that Gladys was supposed to have welcomed me with - a proper explanation of the hotel, a chip for a free Clam Chowder, and bottles of water.

The overall experience was outstanding. We were treated as guests extremely well, I would stay again

As soon as we drove in the driveway, we were warmly greeted by the concierge staff.
The check-in process was swift; the lady at the counter was courteous and extremely communicative
The room was comfortable, clean, and very well laid out
