Excellent accommodations with spectacular view.
Pros:

It was clean and modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The food was delicious. The harbor view was outstanding! The walkway on harbor side was also very enjoyable.

Cons:

It was more expensive than I am accustomed to, however the convenient location to the airport and free shuttle services was worth it.

Gorgeous view okay value would hesitate to pay more than what I did though.
Pros:

Beautiful view worth more than what they ask for and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was excellent too. And the lobby/restaurant is very nice as well. Bed was comfortable and room was very large with a million dollars view of the skyline.

Cons:

Kind of a pain to get into town if you don’t have a car. Room smelled slightly musty/maybe like cigarettes. Shower door would not stay closed on its own.
Rooms overall probably close to needing a light renovation. (For instance the alarm clock had a IPod charging port to date the furnishings :p)

The road network to get to the hotel is a little confusing for new arrivals - but we got there in the end!

The Boston Harbor views are stunning and it’s surprisingly quiet for a hotel adjacent to the airport.

Cons:

Nowhere comfortable to sit anywhere in the lobby. No lounge. Poor restaurant. Very spartan. Not at all up to Hyatt standards. Mediocre at best. Would not stay there again or recommend it.

Great hotel for Boston Airport
Pros:

Great location for the Airport & City, free buses to the airport and easy access to the boat into town. Staff very friendly on check in & out. Amazing runway view room (my kind of excitement!!) would definitely stay again if staying in Boston

Beautiful location on the water!
Pros:

Beautiful location right on the water and nearby Logan airport. Beds were comfortable and great pillows.

Cons:

Bathroom tile grout could’ve been cleaner.

Pros:

Location was perfect! We took the ferry to the north end for dinner and the ferry stop was conveniently located right outside the door of the hotel.

Cons:

The instructions for the shuttle from the airport were not specific enough and we waited in the wrong spot. It is NOT the location that most other shuttles pick up passengers.

Pros:

The staff at the hotel where always ready to help and advise you of the best places to go.Location was great with a public ferry to take you across to Boston also ideal for airport but you can't hear any noise would happily use again

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but the plates were cold and wet which made the food cold
