Stay SOMEWHERE else!
Pros:

Upon check-in, the Filipina/Asian girl (with no name tag) was not very friendly nor even cracked a smile. As a Globalist, my breakfast was not complimentary even though I had the Presidential Suite. I would have preferred the other Hyatt properties in the area but they were all sold out.

Comfortable rooms but extremely disappointing shuttle service
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and fantastic views of the airport runway or Boston skyline.

Cons:

I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for the shuttle to bring us back to the airport in the early morning.
What was particularly disappointing was that no one at the reception desk informed us in advance about the expected waiting time or the high demand for the shuttle at that morning hour. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience if you have to catch a flight. Oganization of the shuttle service during peak hours must be reviewed to ensure that guests are properly informed in advance about the waiting time, so they can plan accordingly. This experience left a negative impression on the service and the hotel stay in general.

Friendly and comfortable
Pros:

A short shuttle from the airport. A friendly and comfortable hotel with great views. Near the fully to Boston or easy transport links.
Very comfortable bed and well maintained rooms.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great airport / rental car location. Restaurant with a view, clean, quiet. Five stars. Parking is a plus. I stay here the night before my flights so I have quick easy access for the rental car return. I have never had anything but great experiences and will continue to stay here when I am in MA on business.

Fine Stay
Pros:

It's a perfect hotel for staying a night after/before flying. If you're coming into Boston to visit the city, it's not really a hotel that offers walking ability. You're across the harbor so plan for either the shuttle/SL1 in or else take a car. Clean rooms, comfy beds, polite staff, safe.

Excellent Hotel- the staff were off the charts!
Pros:

I can't recommend this hotel enough- the location was convenient and the rooms were large and clean. However, the staff truly made this a wondrful experience. From check-in to providing help with a flat tire, the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back.
