Pros:

Good hotel with a great staff.

Cons:

Amazingly high nightly prices. This hotel used to be our go-to for overnight stays before and/or after overseas trips. At well over $400 per night, we have had to look elsewhere. For our upcoming trip in September, we found an airport hotel that was $100 less per night and equally convenient. Wake up, Hyatt. Stop gouging.

As in the past, the best place to stay at Boston Airport, and one of the best Airport hotels in the US
Pros:

Location is+++, views, restaurant

Cons:

Toilet had been left unflushed ( and that probably meant unchecked) or…. Someone on staff or an ex guest who’s roomie had not been deactivated he is the room after it had been cleaned

Nice but too expensive
Pros:

Nice sized rooms.

Cons:

We had to pay for parking which I’d have liked free and also for the money we paid for the room I’d have appreciated if breakfast was as included and not chargeable as extra.
Also I’ve not had my invoice emailed to me.

Stay was pleasant and refreshing.
Pros:

Breakfast and the Harbour view. Plus beds are comfortable

Cons:

Shower tap closed on a different marking. So had to help kids on turning it off. Plus limited TV viewing and prompted to buy/rent movies.

Comfortable, roomy hotel located on the waterfront just a few minutes from the airport
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, big room, easy access from/to airport with 24hr shuttle

Cons:

A little awkward to get to from downtown Boston late at night

Wonderful hotel with amazing views and a beautiful outdoor space!
Pros:

The staff is amazing. They are all friendly and very helpful. The shuttle to return the rental car the night before we flew out and then to the airport in the morning was a breeze. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and the views are spectacular, with the airport on one side and the harbor on the other. If you can upgrade to harbor view- it’s worth it! The restaurant food was good and we enjoyed eating outside on the patio. It’s nice to be able to take a walk along the harbor afterwards too.
